They have several gluten-free and vegan options daily. I got a cupcake and a cookie, which were tasty. I will come back. Thanks!
Was delighted to find such a gem of a stop on our way through! The owner was amazing and I wish I lived closer! Everything we ordered was so good we were all trading bites! Hope to come back soon!
Let's start with the environment. The place is hot as an oven, so how are things being kept safe that are outside of the fridge? The cases were near empty at 10am, now you'd think that's a good sign, right? Wrong, nothing was fresh, we ordered 3 items, one for each of us and none of us got something freshly made. My son ordered a frosted sugar cookie and he said it icky, boy was he right, that was really gross. A bakery that hasn't mastered frosting yet?! I'm no baker, but I know a thing or two about sugar cookies and some good creamy SMOOTH frosting. The only ingredients in the frosting are powdered sugar and butter. You can even taste the crystals, yeah terrible consistency and texture. For five dollars it better be divine! Was average sized. My lemon bars crust was wet and soggy, absolutely gross. Got a ham and egg pastry and the egg tasted rubbery which made me believe it was also a few days old. If you want fresh, this isn't the place. This is also my second chance visit, first visit was several years ago and I decided to give this place a second shot, it was no better. Do better, improve your treats, try new recipes, but whatever you do, the best revamp is to offer fresh treats. If your cooler is the problem, find a new way to keep things fresh without getting ruined, the crust on the bottom of your pastries. đ Highly don't recommend.
I was excited to try this bakery after they got new ownership. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. The pecan bread pudding had good flavor but was very dry. And the portions were small for the very high prices. I'm not sure that I'll be back.
Long story short, donât trust this bakery with your special day. Not only will they not give you what you ordered (TWICE), their cake is not good. I tried to work this out with them and give them an opportunity to make it right since they are a small business but the owner doubled down instead of just admitting she made a mistake. We requested a gothic âdeath to my 20âs cakeâ with roses and the photo attached is the cake we got. It looked TERRIBLE!!
Overall this experience was truly awful and not what we expected from such a well-respected bakery. We not only emailed chandelier to place our order with the details, we also went in person to confirm the order. We sent photos over email and then in person reiterated what we wanted, to include a 3 tier cake. What we got when we went to pick it up was extremely unprofessional, opposite of what we wanted, and did not look like a well decorated cake. We already had a stressful and busy day planned for a surprise party and then we had to add the additional stress of having a cake that looked unprofessional. We had to bring the cake back and luckily the decorator was able to fix the cake to look more like what we wanted, but we had to wait all day for the cake. We also asked the decorator to verify the cake was 3 layers, they said they would double check. When we cut into the cake it turned out it was not three layers. We trusted the bakery to provide us with what we asked for. We specifically chose this bakery based on the cakes they post on Facebook because we believed that this bakery was the most skilled and would provide us with what we asked for. When we got to the bakery we found out that the decorator was not given the photos we emailed as what we wanted. This was for our friends 30th birthday, which only happens once, and it was extremely important to have a cake that we asked for. This whole experience threw off our carefully planned and scheduled day and added so much additional stress as we suddenly could no longer trust the bakery to provide what we asked for. The cake was also not good. It was overly sweet and dry. Just donât trust them. Go somewhere else.
Such amazing service, and a beautiful bridal cake. I didnât ask for typical cake and the price, service and flavor was amazing. I honestly would have paid double for what I got. We are trying our cake 8 months after itâs been frozen on our wedding day and it reminded that I needed to leave a review. It is STILL so good! Thank you so much for an amazing wedding cake. Youâre truly amazing

I emailed about a week ago. I needed a 6 person spiderman cake. She said Yes, I will get a quote. Its Weds today. Its too late. No reply from the bakery. Terrible customer service
I should have gone to the best and always reliable. Helen B in Oregon
I would never give you another chance. It is a 16th Birthday ,very important. We all have cell phones. You just blew it off. I emailed u three times. No reply. But u did on a review.
My reviews are on point and the truth. I have a ton.
I can't praise Chandelier Bakery high enough! I ordered the peanut butter cookie, lemon bar, and cheesecake bar, and I brought them home to share with my kids. We ate every last crumb. I also have to give a shoutout to the staff. They were super friendly and helpful.
bakery exceeded my expectations on a wedding anniversary cookie. The owner 100% saw my vision and nailed it. I can't wait to present it to my husband on Monday.
I emailed this to them instead of posting a review. Giving them the option to make things right. Their response was so disingenuous.
To whom it may concern, I came in on Tuesday, February 4 to order four dozen cupcakes and one extra large cupcake for my daughter's gender reveal party. I'm a pretty cheap guy that is only ever gotten cupcakes from like Safeway or Fred Meyer's. But I wanted my daughter's Day to be extra special. The ordering process was fine. I was a little shocked at $44 a dozen, but I have never bought stuff like that from the bakery before. But I assumed they would definitely be way better than a regular store-bought cupcake. I'm not sure if something went wrong in the mixture or if somebody new was working that day, but something definitely went wrong in the process. I picked them up right before 5 o'clock on Friday, February 7. The reveal party was the next day the eighth. I broke into one of them Friday night and I couldn't even finish one. They were so incredibly dry and they just crumbled and fell apart in pieces. I got four different flavors so I was hoping maybe just those ones were a bad batch. but all of them were dry and just fell apart and they actually had very little flavor to them. That was very disappointing. Most times when I order something and I'm disappointed. I don't do anything about it. But when you're spending $44 a dozen and you dump $191 Plus a $39 tip I feel I need to say something. I don't like just writing a review because I'd like to give the opportunity for somebody to do the right thing first. I am also a business owner that has many reviews, And I know I would much rather have the person let me know if they had a bad experience , so I can make it right, before putting it out there for the world to see. please make this right. Thank you
their response!!!
Thank you for your email. I appreciate the feedback you have given us. I understand that this must be frustrating for you. I am sorry to hear that your cupcakes were not what you expected, delivering high quality baked goods our customers expect is important to us. I apologize that in this case we fell short.
I do hope we will have the chance to serve you again and go beyond your expectations.
All the best,
Kathleen O'Claire

Returned to this bakery after being gone for a long time. Purchased the same item as alwaysâŠmonster cookiesâŠ6 to be exact. The total purchase (with tax) was $24.42. Handed the girl 2 twenty dollar bills as I thought thatâs all I had. Before she handed me back my change, I found 1 five dollar bill so I offered that. She told me she couldnât accept my $5.00 cause she already âtypedâ in the amount I gave her. HUH??? So in other words, she didnât know how to count back the proper change of .58!!! She then hands me my change in a ball dropping the coins on the counter without even counting it back to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me???
I love the cranberry orange scones.
