I went to this FINALLY today with my son , it's his birthday and getting to find a treat to celebrate with him was awesome. Even though we went later in the day, there was still quite a few gluten free choices for myself and so many more for my son. I'm SO beyond excited to keep going back for more yummy gluten free treats and celebration cakes.Service was very good! So kind and helpful. Very clean! Changed gloves between gluten free and none gluten, and kept them separated. I was so impressed!Atmosphere is so cozy and warm and inviting. Places to sit and enjoy inside and outside too, so when sunny weather returns this will be nice. We traveled from Woodland and definitely worth the trip!! Highly recommended for gluten and beyond. My son and mom and dad loved both.P.s I got the gluten free no bake cookie which is my favorite and did not disappoint, I loved it!!!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free.Kid-friendliness: My son is 12 was impressed by the place. It's very family friendly, and I could see smaller children being ok here too.

This bakery is amazing! Needed to design and send a delivery from across the country, and they knew exactly how to execute what I needed. The service was amazing (shoutout Monica), the cake was beautiful, and the delivery was seamless.

Just came from there and got a few cookies. Great lil bakery that does cakes, cookies, etc. Service has always been good and there's a small area to have a coffee and cookie while looking out the window.

You can count on plenty of gluten free options. Best gem! Great bakery, brunch and lunch. And they have pupcakes for the doggos.

Chandelier Bakery is a slice of heaven on earth. I walked in and the smell of freshly made cinnamon rolls took my breath away. Everyone who worked there was very kind. They serve coffee too. Love the elegant chandeliers throughout. I haven't been upstairs yet but will next time I stop in.

78-dollars for 24 cupcakes. 24 vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting had little to no flavor and were just as crumbly as cornbread. I was very disappointed as this was for my twins 5th birthday. They are officially a handful; that's a big deal. I'll stick to Safeway. Those I worked with were kind however.

Ok… I can only speak for their chocolate chip cookies but I will not bother to make my own anymore. They are the best. I am planning on trying the German chocolate cake soon though.

My wife and I ordered a wedding cake for our wedding. We wanted to go with a local bakery that I kept hearing about on Way-FM. We wanted a hexagon cake and Tiffany told us that it was possible! It wasn’t. Poorly shaved sides instead of using a hexagon mold, it looks more like a poorly rounded cake. Terribly cut edges.Coordinating with Tiffany and Monica is a nightmare. You tell them what you want, and you have to repeat yourself 2-4 times. Even when you email. Constantly trying to upsell you on stuff you don’t want or need. Then Monica doesn’t even bother reading the emails anyway if you have to talk with her. I told her I had time during the day because she wanted to call me. Four hours later I get an email saying sorry we were busy can I call now. I get it when you’re busy you can’t call, but I tell her no I am no longer available. She proceeds to ask me if I can call right after telling her I can’t I am unavailable. This was after repeating myself multiple times about the cake I wanted. I decided to just wait until Tiffany got back from her vacation (which she never communicates effectively when she’s going to be gone)Now the frosting. We ordered a take home tasting. The take home tasting did not come with the pumpkin cake we asked for, but we fell in love with the espresso buttercream. It was a beige or light brown frosting and we liked the flavor. Come ordering time they ask me if I want a chocolate espresso or white chocolate espresso frosting. These weren’t options when I tried it so I don’t know. Tiffany assured me the regular one from our tasting was the chocolate espresso. Well come wedding time the beige is now a dark brown. Ruined our wedding cake. Only wedding cake we’ll get to have.If you want a company that cares about its customers, special events, and you want to do an order that’s not just a simple cake, go elsewhere. Unfortunately they are either understaffed, or don’t care enough to keep track of their orders. They even got me mixed up with another Kevin (different last name though)

Ordered a German chocolate cake for my mom's birthday. Turned out beautifully delicious. Thank you so much.

I'd somehow driven past Chandelier Bakery a hundred times without realizing it was actually a bakery. Indeed, it looks like a lovely house, but it is a bakery.I stopped in ten minutes before closing time, and was very happy to find a wide variety of items still available. Service was very friendly, prompt, and helpful.I was most impressed with their cinnamon rolls. They're muffin-shaped, and despite having a dense texture, they're not heavy or tough. They seem to have just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, and the frosting is not overly sweet. The chocolate chip cookies were soft and fresh, and definitely better than many I've had at other bakeries. The mascarpone cheese cherry chocolate cake was light and flavorful.I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Very disappointed - they definitely need a better system for coordinating orders. We tried to order days in advance for our special event and even after numerous emails and after trying to guide us towards extremely expensive bite size desserts, they said they never got our order and we ended up with nothing for our special day. The most disappointing part was that they would not take any responsibility for the breakdown in the order not coming to fruition yet they started off by pushing us toward email. They should have just taken the time to go over prices and choices over the phone, the first time we called. So beware if you want something made for an event; don’t count on it being ready when you need it. (We had to get cookies from Safeway for a fancy party.) Such a letdown.

Not only did they not have my order but couldn’t find the lady’s order that was ahead of me than lied about how they handled the situation. We called to order cupcakes and Tiffany insisted on handling it over email rather than talk to us on the phone, than Tiffany went on Vacation and stopped responding to emails but did clarify that she would not be forwarding the emails to her colleagues Tiffany should have forwarded the email chain onto her coworkers so the order could be processed We specifically asked for 20 cupcakes and one Gluten Free cupcake. There is no question about that. Tiffany kept emailing us asking us what we wanted so we thought that is what she wanted us to do Had Tiffany just said stop emailing me and told us to call in we would have called in but she kept emailing us so we kept responding. When I arrived the counter lady said it was my fault for Tiffany ghosting us and not finishing the order. Like somehow I was supposed to know the details of how these people run their business. Tiffany asked what we wanted and we told her. That is all the customer needs to worry about the rest is on the business to get the order processed and put into the right hands. We sent 3-4 emails and said yes we want to order cupcakes, and they did not have them them when I arrived 90 minutes prior to the party. Yes they offered to make some and bring them to us but I was not going to give them the opportunity nor the business to mess up another order just 90 minutes prior to the party starting. Especially after they blamed me for Tiffany’s mistake. It’s one thing if they said sorry we lost the order how can we fix this it’s entirely different to say it’s YOUR fault we lost the order. The attitude and words you say to a customer that you just wronged determines exactly the attitude and words you get in return. Accept the blame you deserve and stop blaming your customers for your lack of a proper ordering system. Even in their response to the Google reviews they lie and twist the truth.

We ordered 18 cupcakes for our daughters birthday party at the end of May 2023. We called in a week ahead of time, they took my order over the phone. The service was very polite and informative, they were very patient with me as I had many questions since I had not ordered from here before. We were able to get gluten free options for those who needed which was wonderful! The cupcakes were so tasty! The price is a little higher then what you get at the grocery store but these are high quality bakery items. Don't expect high quality items for cheap, it doesn't work that way!My husband went to pick up our order and loved the inside of the shop, he said it was nicely decorated and easy to find. He also picked out a couple extra treats for us and they have the most AMAZING LEMON BARS! We will definitely be back, always support small business over big box!
