You can call me a regular at charles but today on 8/21 I came with a friend in and we waiting for more than 20+ and we never got any service we so disappointed so we left.

Me and my fiance used to love this place we would come at least once a week but the last few times we've come we have been completely ignored we waited patiently for ten minutes to get a menu or any kind of recognition the nights we went where not busy and there was servers in our area two times helping other customers we where ignored and we got up and left which sucks cause again we really liked this place

I rolled in late one night to shoot a couple of games with a buddy of mine. We didn't order off the menu, so I can't vouch the food, but they did have a solid drink selection. The wait staff was very pleasant and personable. They have 3 pool tables and an air hockey table in the back half. I enjoyed the atmosphere. All the art on the walls set a fun spirited vibe for the evening.

We were looking for the Championship League final, we found it here at noon, the spicy wings flavors were some of the most delicious we haven't tried in a long time, refreshing beer and a good screen, not to mention the very beautiful and friendly server.

First visit to this sports bar left mixed impressions. Great beer selection, happy hour, and free Sunday pool stood out. Ordering at the bar vs. table was unclear. Extensive menu, but food quality missed—one item returned (50% taken off bill), another too soggy to handle. Outdated sports ticker (Matt Chapman homered for the Oakland A’s (Oakland?) vs. Mariners) needs fixing. Drinks and pool next time.

Peanut butter burger was so dry and peanut butter was slathered so thick on the burger. The hun and burger were dry as well. Grilled cheese was so hard I could hardly get bites of it. Only good thing I ordered was the onion rings. And the waitresses were so rude! I stood there while they all 3 looked at me and kept talking to their friends! I will never be back.

Could not have picked a better bar and grill for my birthday dinner!

Eddie was FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC as our waitperson, and the food was beyond words!

Got 6 wings and a beer for less than 10 bucks during happy hour. Friendly staff everytime and good bar food.

Happy Hour from 3-6 on Wednesdays is bomb. Onion rings & pretzel sticks & french fries all fried to crispy perfection.

Love this place! Cheap food and beer. Tons of beer on tap.
