Breakfast is unbelievably slow. 2 cars ahead of me took 16 minutes with 8 of that being at the window for 1 sandwich, a fruit cup and hashbrowns and 6 people standing around. Twice I've been here for breakfast and both times they have no urgency.

Although I am a huge chic fil a fan. That is fading fast. I placed a delivery order and noticed I had missed an item. Trying to call them is complete crap. The only choices you have are placing a catering order, leaving feedback on an old order or applying for a job. There should be a way to call about your existing order. Not a good service the way it is. I guess they are just so big that they don’t really care if you need help with an order. There is someone waiting to take your place so get out of the way.

Horrible, I ordered one grilled nugget meal and when I got to the window I was being charged for three meals which I did not order. When I informed the worker they only removed two drinks and two fries and still left three orders of grilled nuggets in the bag which I only noticed when I had already left I ended up getting charged double what I ordered.
Usually do drive thru but went inside today… Bee was so sweet and helpful!

Yet again can't remember to put everything ordered in the bag. Not only that, u can't call them and have to speak to corporate and only will reward u back on ur account that u have to spend there but u have to wait two business days to do so.
