I have dined here many times and never had any issues at all. It was my favorite place to get some chicken strips, nuggets or a sandwich because I was confident that I was getting high quality food. However the last time that I went, the chicken pieces that I received were raw on the inside. They looked fine on the outside, but were pink and raw on the inside. I was horrified that I had eaten raw chicken and became nauseous. Very luckily, I didn't get sick from eating raw food but I have not gone back since. I'm sure it was a one off, but I just can't.

Breakfast is unbelievably slow. 2 cars ahead of me took 16 minutes with 8 of that being at the window for 1 sandwich, a fruit cup and hashbrowns and 6 people standing around. Twice I've been here for breakfast and both times they have no urgency.

Although I am a huge chic fil a fan. That is fading fast. I placed a delivery order and noticed I had missed an item. Trying to call them is complete crap. The only choices you have are placing a catering order, leaving feedback on an old order or applying for a job. There should be a way to call about your existing order. Not a good service the way it is. I guess they are just so big that they don’t really care if you need help with an order. There is someone waiting to take your place so get out of the way.

The food is fantastic. I get mine delivered usually and never a mistake. When I do go through the drive through, the employees are consistently pleasant and polite.
Horrible, I ordered one grilled nugget meal and when I got to the window I was being charged for three meals which I did not order. When I informed the worker they only removed two drinks and two fries and still left three orders of grilled nuggets in the bag which I only noticed when I had already left I ended up getting charged double what I ordered.
