Although I am a huge chic fil a fan. That is fading fast. I placed a delivery order and noticed I had missed an item. Trying to call them is complete crap. The only choices you have are placing a catering order, leaving feedback on an old order or applying for a job. There should be a way to call about your existing order. Not a good service the way it is. I guess they are just so big that they don’t really care if you need help with an order. There is someone waiting to take...
Yet again can't remember to put everything ordered in the bag. Not only that, u can't call them and have to speak to corporate and only will reward u back on ur account that u have to spend there but u have to wait two business days to do so.
