Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chicken nuggets. It was very good we got to speak to the hiring manager about getting our special needs son a job here. She was very professional and courteous and gave us good insight to other resources.

Excellent service, tasty food. Went through the drive through today and encountered my first ever error on my meal. I'm positive they would've fixed it had I had the time to go back. Nevertheless, it was just a condiment missing from an item, and I'll obviously be back.

Beware if they're not serving an item that you came there for then they make you wait 20 minutes in mine just to leave the establishment At the same time they want you to at least place an order and I said you don't have what I want to order

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. On October 2, 2025, I placed an order and received the wrong food. I called customer service, and they confirmed my order details and assured me I would be receiving a refund.

The next day, I received a call from Rob Walker, who explained that the grill was not working and that’s probably why my order was incorrect. Instead of honoring the refund that customer service promised, he told me that “we don’t refund orders” and that I would only be offered coupons for chicken sandwiches. When I explained that I expected the refund I was promised, he dismissed my concern, said “I hope you have a better day,” and hung up on me.

I want to emphasize that the front-line employees I interacted with were very kind and professional, but the management response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect a refund when a business provides the wrong food—especially after being told one was already approved.

I hope this location improves its accountability and customer service at the management level, because the staff on the front lines deserve better leadership.

I have just ordered in the drive through here. I come from out of state so this was my first time here. I felt compelled to write a review because of the fantastic drive through attendant. Jimena was a pleasure to order from and I have no doubt she is a fantastic employee and team member. The food is of course fantastic as usual.
