Best chipotle I've been to hands down. Love this place so much, also heard Tyler, the creator while I was in, and that solidified my 5☆ experience. Love you guys, you all should take pride in what you do.

Ordered a regular side of chips. As you can see in the photo, there’s about 15-20 crushed up pieces of stale chips. Not sure if portions changed or this location is skimping, but I don’t recommend going here.

Normally Chipotle staff is great, this time the girl rushed through making order didn't do full scoops of food as well as the veggies were out and she didn't get more. Food was substandard. Also found disgusting hard thing in my black beans.

Idk what the name of the employ was but it was literally the biggest chipotle bowl I’ve ever gotten and was probably the first time I was actually full from chipotle. Whoever you are, may God reward you for your generosity.

The worst place where I ever art.

I love chipotle, but this location seems like it's the worst in Vancouver. They give the smallest portions, and they're always out of half their ingredients. They were out of rice this last time, and a few other things. I watched people walk out because of it. I should have, too. My bowl was about half the size normal locations give. The staff always seems over-worked and irritated, too.

Call corporate to solve issues is a pain in the ass. I already had to wait longer for my food because they were out of steak. Then they made it with old stake. Then i asked it to be remade with the fresh stake since i waited for the fresh. Then they forgot the rice in the order. When i got home i found plastic glove in my salsa.

Returned. Should not have. Customer service via app suck too. This time hair in my food. Chipotle sucks now more then ever.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but figured I would after seeing all of the one stars. I went in for a steak and chicken burrito. There was no steak, but they were getting ready to make some. The wait was pretty long (makes sense having to prep and cook) but the manager was very kind and comped my meal. Not often that you get that kind of service at a fast food establishment.
