I like eating here. The food is pretty good, but I did find a strand of hair in my food once and lemonade is a bit watered down, but the drink I guess depends on your preference. Maybe wear a hairnet when you’re taking the food out in a bowl 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

I love Chipotle, I have always been a customer of this location but this day, February 25, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The rice is not cooked well, I know we can all make mistakes but this time I had to throw away my food, I hope that the next time I visit you, I find the rice that I always enjoy..
My kids came in and order 2 bowls and they gave them very little foods. This place is terrible, unless I’m there to tell them about their portions, they always skim on foods.
Appalling Health Standards at Chipotle – A Risk to Your Well-Being!
I am beyond furious with my recent experience at Chipotle. What was supposed to be a delightful meal turned into a terrifying ordeal that has left me questioning the hygiene and safety standards of this establishment.
I placed a hefty order of $90 through the Chipotle app, expecting top-notch quality and prompt service. Despite the order being processed swiftly and delivered within 25 minutes, the food I received was nothing short of a disaster.
Firstly, my steak quesadilla, burrito, and burrito bowl were all served at room temperature. It’s utterly unacceptable for freshly prepared food to lack the necessary heat, especially from a brand that prides itself on quality ingredients. The only thing that was hot was the queso dip, which did little to salvage the rest of the meal.
The sour cream was lukewarm and, shockingly, contained unidentified meat pieces. Discovering mystery meat in a dairy product is not only revolting but also raises severe health concerns. Consuming such contaminated food makes me fear for my health and well-being. This blatant neglect of food safety standards is outrageous and poses a serious risk to customers.
Furthermore, the avocado in my burrito bowl was brown and unappetizing, indicating spoilage or mishandling. To add insult to injury, the rice was cold, contributing to the overall unpleasantness of the meal. These issues collectively demonstrate a complete disregard for food quality and safety.
Given the magnitude of my order and the premium I paid, the expectation for impeccable service and safe, delicious food was high. Instead, Chipotle has delivered a meal that not only failed to satisfy but also made me genuinely concerned about the potential health hazards of dining here.
I am seriously contemplating contacting the health department to report this appalling experience. No customer should have to worry about the safety of their food when dining at Chipotle. This location has failed miserably in maintaining basic hygiene and quality standards.
Warning to Others: Avoid this Chipotle location at all costs unless you want to risk your health and endure a deeply disappointing meal experience.

The bowls are a nice, healthy option with good flavor. This bowl had steak which was, unfortunately, tough and chewy.

I have just had enough with this place. As usual. It’s 8:40 and my son and I go in and they are out of half the stuff. I asked if they could make peppers since they close at 10. They said no. There are 4 employees standing around and doing nothing. The girl helping me said they only make peppers in the morning. As a restaurant manager. It’s sad watching people do nothing and not cater to an easy fix.
I hate this location. The manager should fire and rehire a staff.

They are VERY skimpy with rice. Every single time I've come here which is usually around 5-6pm twice a week I order the same double rice, brisket, sour cream and double cheese that's it and every single time I get an attitude from them the moment I mention double rice or double anything, I always tell them that i will pay the extra cost to get the double scoop and they proceed to give half a spoonful. What is the deal? The cashiers are always pleasant tho and the brisket is really good when they don't run out of it. But to be honest, I'm gonna start going to the one on 164th because the vibration of this place is really lacking. It's so unfortunate really cuz it's on my way home, and I now have to go out of my way for Chipotle.

There are usually mistakes with my order. Nothing upsets me as much as this location always omitting Smoked brisket from my order. I order it every time it comes around thinking hey I might like to see what its like only for every time its missing from my order. I don't understand. I got my 1/2 chicken 1/2 brisket order tonight, and it had like 2 tiny cubes of sweet non-chicken. I mean like diced onion sized. It had the 1/2 chicken. To this day brisket remains a mystery to me. I don't know what it tastes like really except that its maybe sweet? I'm going to try the same order at a different chipotle and open it in the parking lot at this point. The only reason I'm really writing anything now is because I am upset at the meagre help i received after calling. They referred me to their hotline which took care of my issue (sorta, not an ideal outcome but better than nothing)
Other issues I have had with this location and why I go to different locations usually (even though this location is a 2 minute walk from me.) Missing chips and Sides from order. this is common. Bowls and burritos with small portions compared to other locations. Missing ingredients.

Had this shorter woman who was serving me. She skimped on the chicken by throwing it into the to go bowl. A few large peices of chicken landed on the serving area she picked it up and threw it into the bowl. I asked for her to give me a full serving and she said exactly “Dawg, I’ve been working here for 5 years, I know what 4 ounces of chicken is.”
One star well deserved for that level of service. Never going to this location again.

Staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. The only issue has to do with someone higher up. The burrito artist was incredibly hesitant on giving me any extra cheese on a veggie burrito. Chipotle corporate y’all gotta stop being so stingy. Pay these workers more and give us better portion sizes!

I got charged for two tacos (I only ordered and received one) because I asked for more than 3 pieces of meat on my taco. What??? I didn’t get extra, I ended up with a regular portion. $28 for one taco and one burrito. Seriously???
