I rarely post but this store is horribly managed IMO. Three times in a row at what should be known busy hours for them (lunch and dinner) they didn't have chicken or veggies available. 3x in a row!! I think the employess are likely good people but seemed demoralized, I suspect because they have bad management. One of the three times of recent visits (it was 12:50pm), they had one person working the food, and one person at the register. I was #16 in line. Took 15 minutes to get my food (minus veggies and chicken). What looked to be a manager was walking around, with a clipboard, (maybe doing inventory at 12:50 and 16 people in line) She never once looked at all the people waiting to think, hey, maybe i should help out here. I honestly feel bad for the employees. Management completely unengaged. Won't be back.

This Chipotle was SLAMMED this evening and these employees were all working SO hard like machines under intense pressure - fast, efficient and somehow maintained customer service. “MYAH” was truly a badass and I hope the managers of this team are seeing the and then some hustle being put in to make the customers experience both a quality and enjoyable experience. High five guys, I haven’t seen work ethics in a while and I’m uplifted by it.

This is our favorite place to eat awesome food. Great service we love them.

This location uses gender based pricing. If you are a man you will get a great big burrito or a great big bowl. If you're a woman, you pay the same amount and get smaller portions. Do better!

Went in and asked for a bowl with white rice and a little extra. She sighed like she was frustrated at my request. She basically just showed me the bowl with only a little rice in it signifying there was no more in the tin. I was just oh well that’s okay, but my boyfriend (next in line) will want white rice. She then told me it would be a 30 min wait for white rice. what the??? i’ve never had to wait 30 min for rice. Every other chipotle swaps them out the second they get almost empty. My bf still tipped because the cashier was very helpful and nice, but didn’t like the attitude from the lady who started my order.

The main reason why i am giving this location 2 stars is because when I visited roughly 2 weeks ago I ordered a chicken bowl w/guacamole, my total came to be $14.25, i ordered the EXACT same thing at the Chipotle on 164th and my total was $13.66 so BEWARE of getting overcharged. Aside from them ripping me off the portion sizes are EXTREMELY minimal and the employees as mentioned in other reviews are not very friendly. I would avoid this location if you can.

The food is cooked well and consistently, I've been to some where they are burnt. Unfortunately the staff is very dull here. The portion they serve is so little and it keeps getting smaller. When the team is full of females you hardly get anything but when the staff is all males you definitely are getting what you pay for. I try asking for a bit more to at least fill the plate and they always grab like one or 2 individual pieces rather than a spoon full of protein or even rice, but they'll definitely fill the plate with lettuce. But as you can see below even the mild sauce is very minimal.

Mobile orders usually aren't ready on time period or got stolen by the local homeless tent tweakers.. employees are good the food is great. Definitely worth visiting experiences vary day to day!

I was bummed to find out you can only tip with Cash (not with my card).
During my last visit, my experience there was underwhelming due to short staff and very little food.
I then tried another location further east and ended up walking out w/o ordering due to lack of food and service.
Needless to say I have not been to Chipotle in months!
I went here 2 nights ago. Service was great, I received a decent amount of food, and tried something new. When the server was dishing my bowl some of the food fell off the spoon and the server made sure to add it back to my bowl. They also worked great as a team and kept the line moving.
Definitely more likely to return and I'll be sure to bring cash.
