They are great when they give you a decent portion but today they would barely give me anything. Rude cashier. I tried to go back a few months later and the same rude manager is still there so you have lost my business.

I went in to get a kids meal for one of the kiddos I work with. They got the kids taco meal with steak, corn and rice. They asked for cheese as well. The cashier did not say anything about it costing extra, and filled up a very tiny container of a few shreds of cheese. At the checkout they charged an extra $1.60 for that tiny little container of cheese. You can buy an entire bag of cheese for the same price. $1.60 is crazy, especially since they did not say anything when we asked for the cheese. When I brought it up they were rude about it and said that's what they charge all the time. The kids I work with live off of SSI, so maybe to the cashier, $1.60 was not a big deal but unfortunately for them it is. Please encourage your employees to discuss prices of additional things prior to just doing it and then charging them unknowingly check out.

Had a headache stopped for a snack. Staff was polite. Part of a Burrito some chips and a coke was enough to get me home.

My experience was overall good. The staff were nice and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only thing I had an issue with was the portion sizing I received. I got a bowl and my wife also got a bowl. We both got similar things to add, but the portion sizes that I received were different from my wife’s. In the picture, my wife’s was on the left and mine on the right. I do plan on coming to this Chipotle again, but I do hope there is more consistency practiced in the servings.

Food is decent, online ordering can have you waiting way longer than people comming in so it does not always benefit to order online

I rarely post but this store is horribly managed IMO. Three times in a row at what should be known busy hours for them (lunch and dinner) they didn't have chicken or veggies available. 3x in a row!! I think the employess are likely good people but seemed demoralized, I suspect because they have bad management. One of the three times of recent visits (it was 12:50pm), they had one person working the food, and one person at the register. I was #16 in line. Took 15 minutes to get my food (minus veggies and chicken). What looked to be a manager was walking around, with a clipboard, (maybe doing inventory at 12:50 and 16 people in line) She never once looked at all the people waiting to think, hey, maybe i should help out here. I honestly feel bad for the employees. Management completely unengaged. Won't be back.

This Chipotle was SLAMMED this evening and these employees were all working SO hard like machines under intense pressure - fast, efficient and somehow maintained customer service. “MYAH” was truly a badass and I hope the managers of this team are seeing the and then some hustle being put in to make the customers experience both a quality and enjoyable experience. High five guys, I haven’t seen work ethics in a while and I’m uplifted by it.

This is our favorite place to eat awesome food. Great service we love them.
