They are literally always out of stuff at this location. 1230 and no rice. Wtf. It’s the one by my new place of work and very disappointed. Always out of meats too

the staff are always friendly and hardworking, very diligent in their duties! lots of negativity and complaints in the reviews for this specific location but I've never had a negative experience while eating here. there used to be cleanliness issues in the dining areas but over the last year I've noted some massive improvement in regards to upkeep and customer service. food quality has consistently risen and it seems attention to freshness has been a focal point by the team. I find that the employees are happy to go out of their way to assist you if you ask politely and treat them humanely.

They didn't hear me say steak bowl. At the end rather than redo. She took bowl behind wall and put. Placed steak pieces on the top. (Cold) and pushed a couple fat pieces in the side (buried). Had to put it in microwave. Nasty....

Thursday, May 11th, 2023. Drove from 12min away to use the chipotlane and was going to tip in cash. I am guessing when the people working see you didn't tip, they give you horrible service and crappy food. If im wrong, then the service is just bad. The burrito was entirely wrong and brick cold. If you want a refund, have fun being on the phone for an hour just to find out you have to complain thru the app. Horrible chipotle location. Thanks for wasting my time.

Update: Gave it another shot 1/17/25. Went around 640pm. Place was dead. Waited behind 1 car for 5 minutes in Chipotlane. They moved, then mine was ready but both burritos were wrong. Mine had pretty much everything I dont like on it. Not sure what's going on behind that counter. Other burrito for my friend only had meat, rice, and beans and it was supposed to have a lot more on it. Just no veggies or anything. You can tell even in the size difference. This place is officially written off. Cold garbage burritos made by employees that don't know they're doing. That or don't care what they're doing.

Please stop Giving room temperature drinks to DoorDash grubhub Uber Eats orders when you have cold ones in a fridge. I think the customers would appreciate that

Never had a bad Chipotle experience but this is just nasty. Taking a bite into a chicken burrito just to pull out a piece of plastic out of my mouth. Thought it was a big piece of cilantro at first but when I couldn’t chew through it, I realized that it was not in fact cilantro. Called customer service and spent 20 minutes trying to talk to a human. When I did, they offered me 1 free entree. No thanks.

This place is soooo slow at giving you an order you ordered online, like how? Soooo slow, people were walking in and out faster than you could just grab your order and go. Such a stupid concept they have of drive through, never ever again. Car full of hungry kids waiting even longer in line inside the car was a nightmare.

This location is probably the worst I've been to. If you order online for pick up, they skimp on everything to the point where a bowl doesn't even reach the lip, consistently across multiple visits. Now they're going to raise prices after saying they were increasing portion sizes?

Once I tried to use the pick up window and sat waiting for almost ten minutes. I could the indicator light was on, but it seems no one noticed. One employee actually looked right at me then turned her head and kept walking. Another employee was filling up a drink near the window then turned and left. They obviously weren't in a hurry as they slow walked around.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's on my way home and in general I liked (past tense on purpose) Chipotle. But the last straw was when I asked for lettuce and she said there was none, which I find hard to believe. I stood at the register wondering when someone was going to check. She stood there in front of the vegetables, looking away, no other customers. An awkward minute goes by and an employee walks out of the back with a bag of lettuce. She looks at me and I actually have to ASK (politely, I don't believe in berating people) if I could please have some lettuce. The begrudged looks... The general vibe of this location is bad anyway.

Given all of it, one star Chipotle. You brought back bigger portion sizes (because we now corporate told them to skimp), but now you're upcharging. Can't cut into your profits Mr. Rich CEO (I think that's actually his name). And especially this location: no stars for you!

Just left restaurant after buying my family food bowls. Believe it or not, the corn they put in the bowls is frozen. Tried to call back and it goes to a national phone number. Horrible food quality, backed by horrible customer service. Need new management.

We ordered a steak bowl and once we got home, checked and saw that it was brisket. Food was still good but I was disappointed that our order was incorrect.

Staff member was very rude. Was served a very small portion of food and told even for a small amount more, it would be extra. Go to literally any other location… this was by far the worst experience.
