The customer service was horrible they are open till 11pm i came in with my family at 10pm to have food after working a 12 hour shift but they didn’t not have white rice and they didn’t bother to cook the white rice in advance of knowing there’s nothing left but they are still open for an hour but don’t have white rice i definitely won’t be going back there

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s disappointing through and through😭 every single time my family orders online the orders are LAZILY put together. If I wanted two pieces of lettuce I wouldn’t ask for lettuce in general🤦🏻‍♀️

Not a friendly bunch of people. Only exact change at the register after suffering through the process of getting my burrito bowl.
Small portions at this location.When they short enough customers they'll have nice sized meals for themselves.

This chipotle specifically seems to have a problem with judging the amount of food they need. On numerous occasions, I’ve shown up and then not be prepared with food. For some reason, they can’t figure out when to stock the fajita veggies, chicken or steak. Like I said, I’ve shown up a couple times now and they don’t have the food ready. There isn’t a huge rush going on, but it’s definitely dinner time. Not to mention none of the employees look like they’re happy. They seem to be more like robots. The prices continue to go up to so that makes it even more interesting as they should be matching the price with the experience. It’s definitely supposed to be fast food, but I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook chicken. corporate definitely needs to come in and either retrain or get new management in there. As this is not typical for chipotles to have this kind of issue.

If you’re wanting chipotle don’t go to this one. This is the second time they have failed to give us our queso cheese. They did, however, step up and give us the worst tasting burnt chips I’ve ever had and on top of that the burrito look like it had exploded inside of the aluminum foil so as usual. They pulled off a scorching one star review nothing to be proud of not that that will bother them

This place is good if you don’t watch them, make the food. We got staff that appeared to be very frustrated they had to talk to us. Watery salsa, I personally don’t like it when there’s chunks of surrounding food that they scoop up into the sour cream, and we got food poisoning.

First time at this location, the drive thru was at a standstill for nearly 15 minutes. The employees seemed quite stressed. I actually got out and talked to the car in front of me, she said they were trying to get her order together. I'll stick to the location on Scotton Way from now on.

They are literally always out of stuff at this location. 1230 and no rice. Wtf. It’s the one by my new place of work and very disappointed. Always out of meats too
