I would highly recommend you don’t hire Racist people at your restaurant, today is 01/08 it’s 9:25 pm. I think you should check your cameras and see how your white dude you have, how he treats brown people over white people. You just lost a good paying customer

The manager here has such a cold demeanor, honestly the whole vibe of this chipotle is cold and unfriendly. Like others have said, they're usually out of multiple proteins at lunch time, which I would imagine is their busiest time, which makes no sense. Portions are laughable, even if you order double protein. Better off walking to New Seasons and getting something there.

Five or six people working, none helping customers. After we wait a minute for someone to help us, they tell us they only have chicken and sofritas… at 1PM. I don’t know what they were doing if neither helping customers nor prepping. The place felt like it was closing. I’d avoid under all circumstances.

During the busy lunch rush, Emmanuel one employee was running the front line all by himself making bowls and burritos, and keeping everything moving with a smile the whole time.

What impressed me most was their attitude. Even with a long line and a packed store, they stayed calm, friendly, and positive with every customer. They double-checked orders, kept things clean and organized, and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly.

I found out they’ve only been working there for four days… four days!! You would’ve thought they’d been there for months with how smoothly they handled everything.

Huge shoutout and way to go! Chipotle is lucky to have someone that hardworking and upbeat on the team. 🙌🌯

This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. I ordered a bowl and they barely threw any meat in it. In fact, the entire bowl was pretty empty. The employees were not the friensliest either. I'll never go back.

Both burrito bowls I ordered were half-empty. I loved Chipotle back in the day but I can honestly make a better burrito bowl at home at this point.

I love Chipotle. Was super excited when a new location was coming to my neighborhood.. it is the DT location by New Seasons.. unfortunately, everytime into this location, there are at least 3 employees just standing there and the food looks DISGUSTING!!! I have, no joke, gone in 3 times around dinner, and without fail, everything looks completely dirty and picked over.. I don't understand why the containers have to have caked on dried rice and crusty meat? So disappointing.. my friend, who lives in the same neighborhood has the same experience.. I would eat here all the time if it wasn't awful looking..

The service is horrible. If they run out of something and you sit there and wait for 15 minutes they won't notify you and the serving size is outrageous let's get our monies worth at least

Kalaya was genuinely the nicest chipotle worker I’ve ever met. Welcoming and super friendly, worked quick and I was in and out. Thank you!!!

terrible service and the management is awful. manager with long dirty blonde hair had such a bad attitude and talked to her associates with such disrespect. i would absolutely NOT recommend going to this location.

Ordered a chips and queso from the location. Got a burrito. Took almost 20 minutes of fighting ai to get someone to give me refund.
