Great place for kiddos. Locked their food

Not too crowded, and the staff were amazing

We had my daughters sixth birthday here and we had a great experience. They handled everything very well. The place was clean and the staff all had great attitudes .

It's the pretty usual kids play place. Food was a little expensive but came out quickly for the party that we had and they had nice dessert options as well to go with the pizza. The soda fountain was open and available for use. I think the only thing that could be a downside is that there is not as much supervision as there could be by the area monitors but that can also be on parents themselves. I'm not quite a fan of Chuck e cheese but it worked well for the party

took the kids on a Sunday, 8 machines are broken. 8. the top 5, then 3 other lower their ones. I swiped my card about 8 times before I noticed it said error on the machines, because it kept telling me I was adding credits. they tried to fix a few and had me test it a few more times, to which they said they could give me those credits back. could, but didn't.
warp drive, the jumping game, stack machine, claw machine, milk jug toss, small basketball machine, can't remember the other 2...
game pay half the tickets they used to, and the prize prices went up.
they just dont seem to care here.

This is mt childhood place to go. It's sad to see other Chuck E cheese places permanenly closed. I'm glad Vancouver still keepijg chuck e cheese business active.

Modern days fun, but even a grown up can play the video games

Fun, exciting atmosphere for kids. The service was prompt, and helpful. We went on the 'kids' get in for free/free pass for the new trampoline area day (June 11th), and I felt they were fully staffed, and prepared for the event.

Everything was clean, the salad buffet looked stocked, and fresh, and everything seemed to be working great. The flow of the place was effortless from check-in to playing games.

Chuck E. Cheese came out and did a dance routine with the kids, and I witnessed staff informing the children in the trampoline area to be safe, and kind.

I recommend this place for birthday parties, and family fun!

The staff made my son's birthday awesome and my service dog is all received and the games were great awesome value

Not what it used to be that's for sure. You get hourly passes to pay as many games as your want but you only get a fraction of the tickets you used to get. Overall a fun time and place for younger kids. Ok salad bar. Needs more options.
