Good for the kiddos

We were at Chuck E. Cheese today and had excellent service from Lincoln. He was very polite and helped us out a ton. Thank you Lincoln for being very courteous.

Every time we go to Chuck E. Cheese Natalie has been very helpful and a delight to see. My daughter loves seeing her. She is definitely a top notch employee.

Our favorite part is letting her run her energy out in the adventure zone. Thank you making our kids happy.

Had my daughters 5th birthday party today, and the girl who checked us in didn’t seem to know much of what she was doing. We brought our blended 6 kids there, they were playing and everything was fine. Til this one younger adult that was female who I don’t know if she had a disability or not, came by trying to take a picture with my daughter, recording the party, touching her and wiping her face of frosting out of nowhere not even asking. Then, my fiancé tries to go outside with his daughter for a couple minutes to hit his vape - girl at the front said “let’s see those stamps” and no one stamped us when we came in? I wasn’t aware that was something they did I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in over 10 years. Then, as we are leaving to go home, again with our 6 kids, the same lady stops us and asks us for the stamps, yet again, as we tell her we never got them. Then she looks at my fiances daughter and points at ME asking her “who is this?” As if we were trying to leave with someone else’s child? Completely ridiculous. Food was great, other service (one other lady for birthday show) was great, needs better front service and more overlooking at their customers since I had a random lady recording my kids party, touching her face, and trying to take pictures.

I almost don't want to write a review as I don't want Chuck E Cheese crowded but as a mom of many kids, this place is the best. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and the vibes are good. They have updated the characters since I was a kid. Pizza is still great too :)

We came to Chuck E. Cheese for most likely the last time for our son. Chuck E was so sweet with him the two times they came out. Our son has terminal brain cancer and it meant a lot for us to get photos of him. We didn’t mention his diagnosis to anyone and it shows how they go above and beyond to make it special for each child. Thank you for making it so special for our son.

I see how happy kids are, make time and bring your kids to Chuck Cheese. Great place to be kids.

Love bringing my grandkids when they come in the meantime I use my monthly pass to go be a big kid myself and have fun and rack up points for them to get better prizes 😄 great family fun and good value.

Recently hosted my son’s birthday party here and I was so happy with the experience. I booked online, they called to confirm details as the date approached. So easy, all the kids had a blast. For the amount of games, food, and fun I will say it felt like a great deal. My son keeps talking about his party 🤩 money well spent
