I visited the Cinnabon at Vancouver Mall today and ordered two regular Cinnabons and a milk. I asked if they could pour my milk over ice, and when they said they couldn’t, I politely asked if I could please buy a cup of ice instead. The employee told me they’re not allowed to give ice at all, even for a purchased drink, and their tone was rude and dismissive. Afterward, I could hear them laughing about it.
Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was just trying to enjoy my order and have my milk cold with my Cinnabons, and the way I was treated made the entire experience unpleasant.

We impulsively stopped for delicious cinnamon rolls, and the peanut butter cup roll on display looked great with lots of big chunks of peanut butter on top. What i got was a regular cinnamon roll with a little bit of crumbles on top. I wished I'd of payed more attention when they boxed it. For $7.50 apiece, it should look like the one you show in the glass case for sale. Disappointing. Boo.

Cinnabon is a great snack to get while you're at the mall, but it's a little more expensive than I remember ($7.49). It wasn't that fresh here, but at the other mall, it's way better, though I still liked it. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but you should try it yourself if you ever come to this mall.

My mom and I had cinnbons on Sunday April 21st. They were raw dough inside. I took it to the counter and they got a fork and pokes at it a bunch of times n front of me (it was kind of off putting) and then gave me 2 more- they were raw as well- from the same batch. Just looking at it you could tell it was not baked as it wasn't golden brown, rather white looking. by then I was home and called them. They told me I had to bring it back so they could decide if it was underbaked. They remembered me because I was there twice and only about 40 minutes earlier.I want a refund. There had to be many others that bought these.

I let my son pick a treat which he chose Cinnabon. The next day he was in brutal pain in his tummy, he's 3, and just really ill. That's the ONLY thing he has different and he's NEVER had this before. After reading the reviews I'm terrified this is what made him sick.
