I've always had a good experience customer service is great since I stopped eating sugar it's a little too sweet for me I only have a treat once every 6 months or so but I can't complain I've always loved it
I just wanted to let the owners/managers know the two girls working there today, the day that I posted this, were handling the line on customers like a champ. Professional, and with a smile.
Prices range from about $7-$10 for a small to a specialty large ice cream with a free mix in included with all you make it orders. Waffle cone is $2 extra.
Cold Stone was closed because the employees wanted to go protest. How ridiculous. Obviously this business isn’t looking to prosper if it allows its employees to not be present and the location to have to close because of it. No one cares what your political beliefs are. You run a business, be open or lose customers.
They ran out of Coffee flavor 😐
Slow. Employees are kind and the location is in decent shape, but it took us 45 minutes from entering to getting our ice cream.

Ice cream is always good however the service is not . We got kicked out of the store while eating our ice cream with my 1 year old because it was 2 minute past their closing tine . All they had to do it wait couple min we would have been gone . I have never been asked to leave anywhere .

It was super busy but appropriately staffed - at least 5 people slinging ice cream creations behind the counter! Bravo for keeping the line moving!
Love cold stone but 65.00 to take your children to ice cream. Crazy.

Whoever made my order from Uber eats really must hate their job because they were really stingy with my toppings when I specifically asked for a few extra stuff on mine lmaoo please do yourself a favor and quit. It's really not that hard to be alil bit more generous on what the order says. Thank you and really consider how you make it next time especially when people are spending their own money for it!!!!
Expensive, but delicious!
Just stopped by and was helper by 3 woman who couldnt care less about helping, seemed pissed that we were there. Worst service I have ever experienced! Great company I’d just recommend another’s location.
