I come here on special occasions and its usually alright, but tonight they messed up the order twice somehow then when someone made it a third time (they kept adding toppings to it I didn't ask for or want) they scooped up all the salt in the almond bin ruining the ice cream and she just like literally threw the ice cream in the bowl like a basket ball without mixing it I didn't want to be rude even though they kept messing up somehow so I just took the ruined ice cream home ;(

Great Ice-cream! I enjoyed creating my own concoction of Ice-cream, but the kids loved it more! There are 2 or 3 tables to sit at inside, and we left one covered in Ice-cream- sorry! The server was patient and methodical.Kid-friendliness: An ice-cream parlor is a place kids love, duh!

As an ex employee here I will never willingly come here or recommend anyone this place again, or at least this location after my experiences there. Along with lots of management problems I was treated very poorly in my time working there and it’s changed my view on this place as a whole. There are millions better places out there to get ice cream that don’t have such a toxic workplace environment. Save your money

Tonight my wife and I came in for a sweet treat. I ordered the trick or treat. My wife ordered the coffee lovers. We get home only to find out that my wife's order was made incorrectly, they had made her a mud pie MOJO. Trying to explain to the shift lead was alot of work. They asked 3 times if my wifehad a peanut allergy. Since theyroyaly screwed up her order my wife ended up throwing half of itaway. Granted we don't come here often but they should own up for the mistake and either refund that order or give a gift card. It seems the shift lead doesn't know how to issue a gift card. She did say she was goign to call her boss and have her call my wife. Thank goodness my Wife doesn't have a peanut allergy.The ice cream dish in the picture is their Halloween special (trick-or-treat) which I DO NOT recommend.

I ordered the coffee lovers only. That’s not what I got! Apparently the teenager can’t read a recipe card. They made the mojo mud slide. Thank goodness I don’t have peanut allergies. I called once I got home to explain the error, the lead said “well you can come back in and we can remake it” I explained that I did not want to drive back there tonight and asked if they could add rewards to my account. Apparently the lead doesn’t know how or won’t do that. She said she would have her manager call me…. Doubt it. Won’t be going back there. Good old Baskin Robins will be my choice from now on. Customer service needs work. What can I say, I am just from a different era where you went above and beyond for your customers.

Just not like it used to be :'( The prices are so high and some (NOT ALL!) of the younger people serving seem to be mad when they are busy.They don't offer any rewards you can actually save with unless you spend hundreds here a year. Also, the hours are not very late for an icecream shop.Just not worth the money.

I was not impressed at all, spending $50 on ice cream for the family, then having to throw away their chocolate waffle cones because of how stale they were. As we did so, we saw many more in the trash! Now I wish I would have just taken them inside and complained. Obviously, we were not the only ones who were unhappy with them.

When you order a custom bday cake and they can't spell the name correctly as written on the order it's disappointing. Call to report it and no manager on duty and no offer to fix it. I have copy of order and pic of cake...not that hard to get it right and not a great end for the birthday celebration. Happy Birthday Conner!
