Customer service was good but the cookie i got i was not happy with the taste. I allso was upset that I didn't get my free bday cookie.....I guess I have to be a certain level on crumble app but regardless stupid overall was not happy with my cookie ...idk why the lack such flavor ... I've had other cookies there and have been okay and pleased with it but this one just was not good at all
We are thrilled to have a Crumbl so close to home. I love the rotating menu each week and the opportunity to earn “crumbs” as incentives. The cookies are delicious and massive and are great for parties or gifts.
