The semisweet chocolate chip cookie is one of the best that I have ever had in my life! It was so good.

The manager Mackenzie or Kenzie has no communication skills and is a real snob. She had us drive all the way up there for a discounted box and then gives us a huge hassle about it and doesn't give us the pox at all. These are the kind of people you hate to see working customers for this. She obviously doesn't like her job

Crumbl is always on my mind ? only have had a few flavors that weren't my favorite. I love how the app let's you keep a journal of the flavors we've tried!

When I went to pick up my order, the guy at the counter completely ignored me after helping the person in front of me. He handed the next person after me their order, and then asked me if I was picking up. I gave my name, and it turns out I had ordered from the wrong location. No big deal, I placed my order again and asked how long the wait was. The girl said about 5 minutes. So I stepped outside, thinking my name would appear on the screen or they would wave me in when it was ready. I waited outside for about 20 minutes, assuming they were warming my cookies (cc minis). They could see me waiting outside the whole time, and at one point, the guy even walked right by me to deliver a curbside order. Meanwhile, security comes by and is watching me and taking pictures and my car info and such, without even talking to me... I finally went back inside when they turned the lights off, around a quarter to 10 and they handed me my cookies. They weren't even warm!! So I waited a total of about 30 minutes to be ignored and then get served cold cookies... SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED in this experience. Pick a different location, this one is the worst.

Pre-ordered for curbside pickup.
Tried the cookies that evening. Personally I didn't find then to be that great.
Chocolate chip - under baked no crunchy texture. Too sweet as it seems they use milk chocolate chips.
Blueberry Muffin - my fave
Cornbread - under baked and tasted like a sugar cookie with cornmeal in it.
Butterfinger - I was hoping for more crunch from the peanut buttter cookie but again, kinda doughy middle and the Butterfinger crumbs on top clash with the cookie flavor.
Brownie - dry. Needs to be warmed with ice cream.
Cookie Dough - doughy and bland

Disappointed for the cost. Now I know.
