Everything is great aside from the fact that cookies and other deserts are often a bit raw
Parking: Never hard to find parking as the parking lot is shared with other businesses, sometimes hard to find parking directly in front of the door but that’s fine.

Tried the cookies that evening. Personally I didn't find then to be that great.
Chocolate chip - under baked no crunchy texture. Too sweet as it seems they use milk chocolate chips.
