This location habitually forgets items ordered, and then does not give you the option for a refund. Even in cases where the location randomly closes before a pick up order time, it takes several days and calling many times to get someone to refund an order (managers are not able to give refunds, which is weird). The ice machine is frequently broken, which is frustrating for a DQ. Other DQ locations warn you of this one siting poor service and food.

The teenage kids working the counter seem to loathe their jobs and the people coming in. Almost like they were disgusted at me having to take my order and run it through the burger machine. It was wet out and U almost slipped and fell on the tile floor. That little act earned a wide grin from the cashier like I was her free entertainment. Pathetic operation. I won't be back.

Terrible experience! Out of most things. When my pregnant wife asked for a lid the lady dumped out the top of the ice cream to where it was well below the rim. Rude and not worth the cost anymore.

Ice cream, why else do you go here. Maybe chicken strips on an off day. Most of the time, great cold treats and service. as a high turnaround place of work. So does the service very. But all an all good place to get some cold treats. Please mix blizzards to the bottom, lol. Never happens, but i can wish. Back in the day, they used to put a scoop in the bottom. Hint. hint. Wow, recommendations have "rotten banna split" never had that. Hmm. Is that like jello with zing.

The service was great, the gentleman who took my order and cashed me out (Kyren I believe...) was extremely friendly and patient. The onion rings were hot, and I was impressed by Kyren's service!

Went here 4 times. Each time they messed up my order. Service was bad. The place feels like a meth drug house. Just not good.
The place is a bit run down. There were only 3 people working so it was a LONG wait, the staff was friendly, but my order was completely wrong. Good thing I don't live in the area and that will be my one and only visit.

Myself three kids choose to dine in! Ordered food, they served two orders leaving two kids without food! Waited 15 min and finally asked where food was? Guy says you didn’t order any more. I paid for four meals but got no receipt to prove it! Guy was very rude! Will not go back! Kids were upset and hungry had to take them somewhere else! Place was very dirty! You lost my business Dairy Queen!

We ordered Blizzards, usually do a good job at this location but not this time.
They were very light on the mix in treats & they were not mixed well either.
No mix ins towards the bottom & instead of the mint ice cream, it was plain vanilla.
