I came in for the BOGO on blizzards. I had ordered a Oreo/reeses peanutbutter cup blizzard and my 2nd one was a Butterfinger with extra Butterfinger. I did ask if (Alexis) cashier if they did pup cups which she kindly made one for my pup for free (didn't charge me) thank you Alexis (4th plain DQ) you made my pup a very Happy boy

After having an awful and stressful day I went to Dairy Queen on fourth plain blvd and the manager noticed how upset and spaced I was and she was an absolute gem. After the worst day it definitely helps when there’s kind people in the world, you don’t see that often anymore. Thank you for being such a kind person I definitely needed it.

We came in and ordered. There was already a couple in here when we came in. Knew exactly what we wanted and ordered. Another couple came in after us an ordered. Everyone got their orders but us. After sitting here with nothing for about 10-15min, we were asked what we were waiting on. It wasn't until then that our order was started.

This dairy queen is run by complete unprofessional people.. It smells like a cat litter box. The customer service sucks the manager. There looks like she rolled out of bed and came to work. Definitely doesn't belong in charge of anything or anyone or anyone's food for that matter. Definitely a horrible experience. And I would not recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy a family experience. I hope this reaches the right people. And that person gets fired the manager at dairy queen on fourth plane boulevard. I hope I don't get the Same robotic response from the owner as all the other people who has commented here has.

Terrible service, they’re quick to take your money that’s about it. You should never be parked from the drive thru for 10 mins then receive cold food. I ordered a 6 piece basket with a drink, that’s it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I highly suggest going anywhere other than this DQ even the BK across the street that is also trash lol oh and the “DQ relations” won’t do anything because they’re useless.

I have been going to this location because of convenience and always was never impressed with the work Environment, they’re always talking. But that never bothered me… I wanted food so I went to get one meal and instead some how I pay for two meals and they made me wait for 30min for something I didn’t want. They also lied to me saying the icecream machine was broken. And I just have to hope I get a refund.
