I went to the Dairy Queen out in orchard 10507 Ne fourth plain Blvd Vancouver Washington 98662
I heard about the free Ice Cream Cone March 20th and I decided to go to my local Dairy Queen and wanted to treat my family a sweet dessert treat and when I went on the drive thru and ordered my 3 free ice cream cones I asked the lady for a water also and when she said okay I will have your total at the next window I said okay and when I got to window to asked me to pay for something and I didn't know why she was asking for $1.39 and I asked her what is that cost for what? She told me that it was the ice water and I was like what!!!!! I thought that it was ridiculous on water I couldn't believe this and on top of this the drive thru girl was really rude and I didn't like how she was with me the tone was not okay to talk to me or anyone in that type of attitude and rudeness I told the girl that I just changed my mind on the water so then when she had handed the ice cream cones to be she had a look on her face like she wanted to do something rude attitude look and I don't appreciate it her service or or anything of that visit that evening I feel that you guys at the corporate office needs to do something about the type of employee that the managers interview and hire cause this girl doesn't have any ounce of customer service skills or service skills no common sense at all I want her to be fired for this and what I would like is some sort of compensation for this type of rudeness or service that I had got and was received this even like gift cards for a free meal and 3 free ice creams cones of my choice this would be something to make it right for this situation that myself and my kids had to see and Indore
If you do not provide me gift cards for what I'm asking for then I have my lawyer file a BIG Lawsuit on this location and this location everyone will lose their jobs and lose everything Im also going to make it a mission to put all of this on social media and everything you all will go virtual I will make this small thing into the biggest thing ever and I will contact the CEO of Dairy Queen Troy Bader make him know this information also so how big to do you want to go with me.

Wow. This location has the worst customer service. There was no one in the restaurant but the 2 girls working didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting for one of them to take my order. Finally got my order in and my food, and asked for sauce for my onion rings and cheese curds. She charged me for both saying they don't come with sauces. I've never been charged with sauce at any other Dairy Queen for my cheese curds and onion rings. Every fast food place has always given me sauce without charge. It's like ordering chicken nuggets and they charge you for sauce. Makes no sense! My food was also burnt, both the onion rings and cheese curds. Will not be returning to this location.

Customer service is greatly lacking at this location. Everyone seemed stressed out and were arguing over who would assist us. The young kid didn't listen to my order correctly and started to prepare the wrong item. He was extremely rude when I questioned him about my order. I asked for a manager and he said "we fired the manager". Sounds like they fired the wrong person. Asked for a phone number and was told "I don't know it". Go to the one on Mill plain. They greet you with a smile there and don't treat you like your business is an inconvenience.

Drive through. New favorite is the Mr. Misty FREEZE Blue Raspberry! The blizzard are always yummy. I love the new flavors, so many options.

All crew members were focused on drive thru, the ones that were working. Completely ignored the people that were ahead of me, and myself. They didn't even know if they had ordered or not. Manager if that's what you want to call him, was a joke. Never had quite a bad experience at this restaurant before definitely not going back.

The entire staff worked through Very Hot temperatures outside which made it Hotter inside. They were all very professional and got their jobs done with a smile! Thank you for your very competent services!

We go here quite a bit. They are always friendly. They have a great variety of ice cream dishes to choose from. Who doesn't like an ice cream dessert once in a while?!
I get the tasty chicken strips. It comes with toast, which tasted amazing! My husband got the hot dog, which he says was very good. When they got my order one time, I went in, and they fixed it right away. They are customer oriented. We highly recommend this place!

They close lobby early, so drive thru gets pretty hectic at times.

Incredibly rude manager! He told me to take three left turns on the busiest street in town to get back in the parking to wait for my food. Then when I said to just give me a refund after he yelled he closed the window on me and had the employee bring my food which was already done by the time he was done yelling! I will be writing a letter to corporate regarding his behavior!
Then when the food came there 4 of the smallest chicken strips ever and the smallest handful of fries and no toast!

So many times, I've had an incredibly awful experience. We usually spend over 50 bucks in one order, and it's more likely than not, that not only will we get asked to wait (which is totally fine) but we'll get handed ICE CREAM and told to go park and wait. That itself is frustrating, completely melted ice cream before we even get home, but this trip, they forgot 4 different items, that I had to keep asking for, that had been paid for. And then I was asked to wait even longer, so they could cook the missing items. Mind you, while I have 4 different sundaes/ice cream in my car, melting. No apologies or anything, was treated like I was inconveniencing them, asking for the things I paid for. Was being helped by the "store manager - Devin" on top of it, I was completely disappointed. I couldn't even read my receipt, the ink in the printer was mostly out, possibly part of the problem. I dunno, I was the only person in the drive thru and then the only person in the store when I went in to get the rest of my missing order. There was nothing friendly or pleasant about this experience at all.
Added with edit: My order was taken, never repeated for accuracy, my receipt was unreadable and then was met with frustration by the employees when I didn't get everything I ordered. And charged multiple times when items were missing, I just noticed this when I got home. I have no problem paying for what I ordered, it just adds to the frustration and complete lack of any kind of customer service or caring.
