Not recommended. We visited this location on halloween night - the door said thet closed at 9pm, we showed up at 8 and they wouldnt let us in so we had to use drive through. Even tho there was nobody there we had to wait by the speaker for anyone to answer. They were out of oreo reeses blizzard and wanted us to pay extra.

The whole night crew for Saturday night is slow and can't fufill orders in a timely manner. They also have a hard time communicating with customers. Per; a delivery driver who waited 15 minutes.

Just came from here with my wife, 9:40 p.m 9/27/25, none of the employees that handled our icecream wore gloves and even touched the banana bare handed , it makes me wonder if any of them have a food handlers card. Health Audit anyone?

I had a fantastic experience at the Dairy Queen drive-thru today, all thanks to Edward! He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s not every day you get such great service, but Edward really made the visit stand out. His positive energy and attention to detail made my day. Honestly, Edward needs a raise immediately because he’s going above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks, Edward, for making my experience so great-I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Website for customer service is cleary trying to avoid talking to the customers but ill start with how terrible the cups and lids are for the ice cream its not solid and always break or opens up and spills all the overpriced ice cream for no reason THEN u order it online and not only did it arrive MELTED LIKE SOUP but the lid was broken and the others were the lids that look like cups that aren't stable or will stay on the cups and makes more of a mess u need to stop with the crazy cups and lids. Delivery awful, ice cream containers AWFUL, ice cream AWFUL AND SOUPY terrible experience and need to change the lids and cups to something that won't cause my ice cream to spill or lids to pop off or break when simply trying to put it in the freezer FROM THE CUPHOLDERS AND IT BREAKS.

Whoever made my ice cream did a fantastic job, it was incredible… but at $7 for a treat, I expect a friendlier experience… all I got was “what do you want? That it ? $7.04” get to the window “$7.04” that’s it… I worked a job similar for MANY years in my youth. And again as an adult, it’s not that difficult to muster up a little more than that, even on the hardest days. The adult working the drive thru could learn some manners or step away from a customer facing role at this establishment.

Had their 'peanut buster' parfait. It's still the best 'fast food' dessert in Vancouver. But their prices have gone up 3 times in the last 4 years.

Never heard this before, but supposedly ran out of ice cream when we visited around 7pm. They did have chocolate but didn’t have any vanilla to serve. Asked the manager what was going on and said something about rotating bags around. Seemed more like they were being too lazy to make our order (we have 4 kids). Big line of people behind us and in the drive through. Not sure what they were all told. Anyway thought the owner would like to know we went to another ice cream location (Baskin Robbin’s which was very polite, had ice cream and was clean) and spent about $60 that could’ve been yours. Looked like you had about 6 workers working at this DQ and the place looked absolutely filthy on top of running out of ice cream. Not planning on returning.
