Dairy Queen Reviews
How do you expect employees to work in 95 degree heat!? I’m shocked that DQ is able to staff this store under these conditions. If it’s hot outside go through the drive through but cut the employees some slack as they’re sweating to death. The dining room isn’t much more comfortable. 2 stars for the staff being fast and able to maintain a sense of humor in this heat.
Rude, rude, rude. No hello, no please, no thank you. After I placed the first portion of my order, they simply gave me a total. I had to let them know I needed to order more. Again, ordered and hear the total. Again, I still was not done. Finally get to the window and the girl just sticks her hand out without saying a word. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. Some customers experienced issues with the food quality, such as soggy buns and old fries. Despite the good food and nice staff, the service can be slow with long wait times in the drive-thru. Customers have noticed similarities with McDonald's in terms of busyness and maintenance of equipment like the Mr. Misty slushy machines. Recent visitors enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter shake and strawberry banana milkshake, describing them as hits. They also praised the cheese curds litscher as "to die for" and mentioned that they would return, even from across the bridge in Oregon. The atmosphere inside is welcoming, but service can be slow and not always cheerful. Parking is available in a free adjacent lot, though there are not many designated spots, and some customers noted concerns with homeless people nearby, which affected their experience. The restaurant appears to meet minimum ADA standards for wheelchair accessibility, making it accessible for those with mobility needs.
