I go to to this place quite often as it’s very much mine and my boyfriend’s spot for a sweet treat. However tonight was it a undelightful experience. I went inside instead of my usual to the drive through as it was a very long line. I came in quite nice and very polite as I do work fast food myself. However I have worked at two Dairy Queen’s myself one being another location in Vancouver. And each of them have the same POS system (point of service), I asked for a medium cup of vanilla ice cream (it being in a sundae cup, which I asked for) with the crunching cookie (new cone dip) inside. I was then ran up for an Oreo blizzard which I did confront said team member “Ryan” (the name on my receipt) “oh hey why did I get wrung up for a Oreo blizzard?” He then proceeded to have An attitude towards me and said in a passive aggressive tone “we DONT have a button for that” so I shrugged it off and said oh okay. I then proceeded to pay, a little taken aback. I am then given a Oreo blizzard. I did not order that. I asked for it to please be fixed. Then they just added the cone dip and blended it. I asked for to be fixed again as I did not ask for a blizzard. Was the. Given an attitude and said by the same guy “but you asked for this, a cup of ice cream” I said Again “No I did not order a blizzard, I asked for a medium cup of ice cream I. A sundae cup with the cone dip on top please.” He then rolled his eyes at me again. I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY for the mistake. Very unfortunate to see as an ex employee for Dairy Queen stores.
(Please keep in mind I was completely polite, and even my partner picked up on the attitude.)

Their service was excellent! They were quick and I got a strawberry banana milkshake and cheese curds litscher to die for! I would come back here anytime even though I'm over the bridge in Oregon when I come over here I always make sure to stop if I have the time!

The food is just fast food. It's nothing special and not worth more because it has a dairy queen wrapper. The service is really slow especially in the drive through. The atmosphere inside is welcoming but don't expect a smile from anyone.

Parking: Homeless people were begging everywhere and some of them confronted our family and asked for money it frightened the kids. When we left the same people made comments about us eating and them being hungry. I had already given them $10 on our way in. I won't be going back here.

Kid-friendliness: Sit down kids and eat your food. There's nothing else to do.

The ranch bacon burger was pleasantly delicious. Today's pricing for 2 people, sort of ridiculous for a fast food burger place. Other than that, very tasty.

Weirdly expensive food here. Like some items 2x price of other DQs. I ended up not getting anything because I can't understand paying $4 for a single dilly bar. I'll make sure to avoid this location in the future.

Had trouble accessing the restroom. Bad code, I guess. Everything else was standard DQ. I rarely have good service at DQ, so today's experience matched that. Blizzard was tasty.

Service is ridiculous they are rude when they answer the phone and they never put what you want in the bag (sauce) some lady answered the phone and I asked for two marinara sauces cause it wouldn’t give me the option online and the lady was like OK goodbye and then hung up so rude!!

One of the cleanest ones I've been to. Only complaint was our blizzards were not fully missed, husband's was half vanilla, half heath bar.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A BLIZZARD WITH EXTRA TOPPINGS. DIDNT GET EXTRA TOPPINGS AND AS YOU CAN SEE ITS MORE WHITE ICE CREAM. STACEY SAID ITS DOORDASH FAULT, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE. DOORDASH IS A DELIVERY COMPANY, DAIRY QUEEN MADE THE PRODUCT.. DAIRY QUEEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD QUALITY!!NOT THE DELIVERY COMPANY. THEN STACEY AND GM lied to me, GM just sat there not saying anything while Stacey lied saying GM not there, then Stacey calls and made false police report.. these sad people hide behind cops, and the company. Treating people like crap and then hide behind cops,don't take responsibility for putting out poor food!!!!! Sad sad people. Now I'm out a product that I paid for and DAIRY QUEEN CHOSE NOT TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR THEN HIDE SAYING ITS A DELIVERY COMPANY!!!!!! STACEY AND GM needs new jobs, give out poor food and don't even care blame others, escalate the situations........Reading other reviews shows that I'm not the only one who this keeps happening too... that's a form of theft, we paying for it and getting scammed!!!

Ordered 4 blizzards from DoorDash, Dairy Queen shorted me one of my blizzards then deleted it from the order to look like I never ordered it. Very deceptive, very poor professionalism.
