Terrible customer service. Workers barely acknowledged us and we could see multiple health violations. Workers had long facial hair and not wearing beard nets nor gloves for their hands whatsoever. Disgusted. Do better

This is not the place to go if you want reliable customer service.
Ordered food and was treated like it was an inconvenience.
Brought food to our table but not our blizzards, had to remind them that we ordered them. The female behind the counter looked at her order screen, like she had too many other orders to deal with the dine in guests. They were already paid for. She couldn’t be bothered to bring them to our table and instead yelled across the dining area that they were sitting on the counter.
Thank you for the VERY minimal service. Out of the 4 employees that were just standing around, one of them should have been more attentive.
Maybe get better service in the drive through?
Sad to say that this is what customer service has come to.

Fun little ice cream parlor. I gor the daily meal special. Burger, fries, soda and a su dea for $8. Hard to beat thw value and the food was hot. And tasty .

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The disrespectful gal working the drive thru window this morning around 12:30 am was grotesquely rude and threw the order at us. She has a horrible attitude problem and feels entitled to be rude and disrespectful to people. I don’t know if the manager cares, but it sure seemed like she didn’t.

Reckless, horrible attitude awful rude girl working the drive thru window at 12:45am literally threw the bag of food on top of the drinks I was holding in a way that the food almost fall into the ground, I was barely able to catch it before the whole bag of food dropped to the floor, she couldn't wait a second, I could see the hate and anger in her face maybe self hatred too, she couldn't wait for a second as I was struggling trying to hold the drinks because she handed everything in a reckless rush hurry like shoving into the car piling it up like a circus act, she seemed a bit deranged, she seem very angry and full of hate and rage maybe towards her job or her life or me or some combination of all of the above and I understand obviously she couldn't care less, I'm sure she couldn't care less about any of this hopefully someone there does. Worst part us that I told the manager respectfully about what happened and she was laughing about it in the back, the smirk and laughing from her shows she obviously doesn't care, I hope the manager does and hopefully this won't happen to other people, I don't want this to happen to others, if she hates her job so much or hates her life or herself is not the customers fault for her to be rude, disrespectful and reckless with people's food. I would say I will never go back to this place again but maybe I will, maybe I will be back.

Had an issue with my order last week, but Ryan Matai’a at DQ was super friendly and went out of his way to make it right. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Very inconsistent at this location. I ask for whipped cream on my shake every time, and the menu even specifies that whipped cream comes with shakes.

Yet, only 2 out of about a dozen shakes I've ordered here have had whipped cream.

They think if they put it in a bag and tape teh bag shut, that I won't notice til I get home. Well, I noticed in the drive-thru, after they shut the window and stormed off.

Milkshsakes aren't cheap, why not include the whipped cream that is advertised on the menu?

Had no idea it was an order only store with only outside seating and no bathroom. We were surprised when we got there, on trip to Washington, and ended up eating somewhere else.

food tasted worse because the service was so awful. The girl with blonde hair with red tips is especially terrible!! She kept rolling her eyes at me and scoffing every time she spoke to us. We felt very unwelcome and do not plan on going back.

Girl with blonde hair and reddish hair on the ends was very rude and kept rolling her eyes and sighing. We said thank you and all we got was a eye roll.
