I love this place! I've gone to many boba places and this one remains my favorite. My go-to drink is the Wintermellon slush with black boba. One thing I've noticed is that many bubble tea places do not make wintermellon as a slush so that's something I really appreciate. Also, that place is really cutely decorated with lots of peonies on the windows and walls ? great place to take photos with friends.

Like many boba shops, the consistency and sweetness of the fresh boba pearl (tapioca) isn't always the same, as many variables affect it, but when it is perfectly done it really hits the spot. I love the honey boba. Ding has a lot of flavor and topping choices, and tastes similar to a chain like Sh*retea. They recently changed their ice system, I understand why, but I would like to see something like "very light ice", as the remaining options are half or none.

I’ve been coming here pretty avidly for over a year. The owner is always super friendly. I like that they are able to make substitutions for drinks since I have quite a bit of food intolerances. Their boba pearls are a good texture and never over or under cooked. I’m stoked that she opened another location near the Van Mall!
