Placed an order over the phone, come to pick it up. ⬆️ notice the menu has cali chicken bacon ranch. When I tried to order that over the phone, I think it’s an AI system that I was talking to and it kept telling me that they don’t have pizza with chicken. Just disappointed because I wanted different pizza.

Redeemed app points for free pizza today🥳🥳. Largest Domino's location I've ever seen. This location must do tremendous business because on this super crappy rainy Sunday it appeared to be fully staffed and all were busy doing something.

Horrible customer service. Manager on duty seems tied to this “I can’t do anything outside of SOP” even though it was their mistake. Managers should be empowered to make it right by the customer especially when their team royally messed up. Ordered a pizza. Went and picked it up. Come home and open the box. “Where’s the pizza I ordered and paid for?!” Especially the $26 pizza not the $7.99 special!! They said “oh. Is the receipt right but pizza wrong?” Geezus. I explain what they did, they get the manager. William couldn’t care less. Just quoted over and over what he was allowed to do. He said he would remake the pizza and I would have to drive back down there AGAIN (for their mistake) and he could throw in some shitty dessert. I said I don’t want a dessert I want the pizza I ordered and paid for. How are you going to compensate for my gas and time to come back down to pick up again for your mistake. He said “sorry, the policy is only to offer you a coupon to come back for a comped pizza or you can drive back and pick up another one”. What kind of crap is that when it’s your mistake? You should offer a refund AND make a new pizza not some crappy side of dessert no one wants. Now I get to wait 2-3 weeks for essentially my freaking refund coupon??!!!!! Dominos, DO BETTER!
I typically order delivery and they're really ontop on their stuff. On and off peak, quality remains stable.Placed an order online this evening, and it was delivered within 25 min.

Genuinely impressed with their new recipe.This place always seems to beat the Domino's app time.For pickup orders, plan your route to access the parking lot from either north HWY 99 or east 99th St. Both of these streets are curb divided. Getting out and back on the road towards I-5 can be tricky. Taking 99th St further east, you can U-turn if traffic is light, otherwise turning right and going south towards 78th St and right again towards HWY 99 is your best bet.Enjoy your pizza!
