I ordered 2 pizzas just cheese. One came burnt like black unedible and the other with basically no sauce on it at all. The manager was nice and refunded me but I can't believe someone would cut either of these pizzas and actually put them in boxes and send them out. I uninstalled the app and this is the last time I will ever get dominos.

I ordered pizzas on Monday 6/23 for a delivery of 11:30 6/25. At 11:45 no pizza and no word form Domino's, so I called. I was then informed that the person working had several large orders come in TODAY and that she still had 9 pizzas in my order to make before they would get around to delivering them. Again, I ordered this Monday hoping they would understand how long it takes to make and deliver orders. I was also informed that the manager would arrive at the crack of 4pm. Now I have 80 hungry children waiting for their post graduation lunch that was scheduled for 11:30. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The gal working was very friendly, 6/2/25. Pizza was delicious. Dominos seems to be consistent regardless of where we order, love this about them.

I ordered pasta, but it feels like I'm just eating a (cold) soup of sauce with the occasional noodle in there. Not enjoyable :( when I opened it up it was literally about a half inch of sauce on the top, with another half inch of sauce underneath the noodles. Honestly inedible. Also, why would you put the cheese underneath all of the sauce? I've never had them not toast my pasta before serving it out... Won't be back

Our pizza was burnt and good luck getting someone to answer your concern. I tricked them and said I was doing a new order and then you get someone who conveniently hung up on me. The employees were nice at pickup but they clearly don’t ever plan to answer an issue calls.

So, I usually don't have problem with this location, but the last few times that my family has order the customer service has not been the best.
Last night we ordered pizza, I placed my order at 5:32pm and it said we would have it in about 40-50mins, cool. Our pizza was finally delivered 2.5 hours later. Tried calling the store multiple times and would get the automated message that our was being worked on. Tried to speak with any actual employee and could never get some one to pick up the phone.
Finally Logan made it to our house and left the pizza's on the porch and ran to his car. No, hey sorry that we were EXTREMELY late, nothing he didn't say anything, we just saw his back and him running to his car.
This is by far the worst customer service from a business that I have had in a while.
The best domino's I've ever had, across multiple states. They are always quick, way more delicious than most dominoes, and actually read your requests.

It's Dominoes - the very corporation that was built on s 30 minute delivery guarantee - AND THEY DON'T DELIVER! I drove for Dominoes when I was a young man, I worked at one of the top 3 corporate stores in Hawaii. Dominoes just lost a very long time customer. I'm deleting the app. This is ridiculous!

I was excited to try the new New York style Pizza. I ordered a large two topping pizza, New York style. The employees were very friendly. However, unfortunately, the ? very disappointing! I ordered double cheese with the second topping- Half Canadian bacon and half black olives. Unfortunately, even though I ordered extra cheese as my first topping, there was barely any cheese on it. The sauce was really thick and almost overly sweet. It didn’t seem very hot when I picked it up, even though I was early. I also never got a text message saying it was ready to pick up, so I thought I was early, but the pizza was barely warm when I picked it up! ? It was not like a New York pizza at all! Also, it was not tasty at all! I am done with ordering from Domino’s Pizza! ??

I paid $7.99 for delivery and also tipped $5 on top of that… taking my $22 bill (with taxes) to $38. Original timeline was 25mins… and it was over 50mins. Why am I paying $8 for delivery and $5 for tip?
