I drove to pick up my pizza, but the wrong pizza was in the box which wasn't discovered until I drove all the way home. This mistake is completely understandable, but what made it way way worse was that I called to see if they could make my correct pizza and proceeded to sit on hold for an hour between three calls with no one answering. I called corporate and they received the same lack of response. Without any way for them to fix the mistake, I drove the 10 minutes there AGAIN (at this point a total of 40 minutes between two round trips). When I walked in I hollered over to them and asked why they weren't answering their phone (I admit I was grouchy at this point). The person in charge proceeded to take the wrong pizza I brought back to show them and just threw it in the trash and offered to refund my money, but never offered to give me my correct pizza which is why I had drove all the way back there. Not wanting to be left with nothing for all my 1-1/2 hours of travel, waiting and of gas spent, I asked her to pull the pizza out of the trash so I could at least have a cold pizza that wasn't what I wanted for dinner. I am a frequent, loyal customer of this business, but this experience has made me think it's time to switch back to driving further to Pizza Hut. Terrible customer service and all around bad experience.

I placed order 1132 pm and went to pickup order with pay at store at 1155 pm and they literally closed door on us. Our order number is 426 and we came all way to pickup our order only to learn that they are closed. Really guys? I think you shouldn’t take order if you’re closed early or update your timings

If you live in the glades at green mountain neighborhood, this dominos can only take your order but not deliver it. No dominos is apparently in range and this neighborhood doesn’t exist on their maps. But I am a fan of the pizza, so average rating for me.

Supposed to be open till midnight is what it says online and on the door, no sign saying they were closing early and their open sign is still up… usually this is our preferred dominoes but this was extremely frustrating

I didn't get what I ordered and when I called the store, I waited on hold for 7 minutes. Hung up. Called again. Was on hold another 5 minutes. No one ever answered. I sent a picture of what I ordered (and expected to get) and a picture of the pizza I got. Very clear difference. I'm disappointed in the lack of responsiveness. We love domino's and order often. This experience is not typical, thank goodness.

My boyfriend and I love pizza! Dominos has always been a favorite pizza joint! We are new to the vancouver area, and after a bad experience at another location, we decided to give this spot a chance to gain our business! On top of a 50% off any pizza coupon, the customer service rep gave us another 30% off our total! She was very friendly and our pizzas were awesome! Thanks for serving us a great lunch! We will definitely be coming back to this Dominos location!

No one ever answers the phone at this location. I get the idea of online order but sometimes people want to simply talk to someone there regarding orders. Answer the darn phone people! You lost many orders because of that!!

Had a craving for some carry-out pizza and decided to come to this location. I placed an online order and arrived at the recommended time. My order was hot and ready to go! Their pizza sauce is super flavorful and delicious. The toppings (olives & pepperoni, and chicken & onions) were really good. Nice, crispy medium thickness crust. Highly recommend!
