DOSALAS latin kitchen + tequila bar

I will never return! The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a short rib meal and i was so disappointed. It was dry, lacking flavor, and the price did not justify the low quality food. I have made this meal better at home. The service was great though, the staff attentive, cocktails were OK, this is a great place for ambience, but they need to do a better job with food. With so many options in the Portland & Vancouver area, and even on the Vancouver waterfront, there's no reason to make this a specific food destination. 

We really have a great time and specially the lady that gave us the service was so friendly and respectful I really appreciate her also the place was stunning with best view we LOVE IT !!

EmUsually have great food , but this time our Brazilian cheese bread was raw in the middle and made me sick . And the cookie skillet was also raw and it kinda ruined the experience a bit .

My caesar salad with grilled steak was not correct instead I was giving a different salad with asian noodles. It was sent back to be corrected and when returned it was evident that my once medium rare steak was now well done as they must have taken it off the incorrect salad and reheated it before paying on the Caesar. Sent back a second time. By the time I received my salad my dining partners were finished eating and I lost all interest in my meal. The sals and dessert were comp'd but the dining experience was compromised.

Outstanding food. The street corn was a highlight for us. The tuna tostadas and crispy ribs were also out-of-this-world.

Our experience was great as always! We have been there many times and it has always been excellent!

We sat on the deck for lunch and it was a gorgeous day looking at the Columbia River. Service was excellent - attentive but not bothersome. I had the the shrimp tempura tacos and my friend had the carne asada tacos. They were super yummy! We will definitely return and next time we'll try the margaritas.

Very disappointed with tonight's service I always look forward to coming back and have for a while but after this service not sure I will :(.

Server was very polite, nice guy, he's the only reason I tipped to be honest. It was not busy in there, and service was slow.. The steaks were cold, drinks were hit or miss, first one was great, next 2 were not so good. Appetizers were good, highly recommend the tuna tostadas. Overall not a great experience, don't think I'll be back.

I have dined 2 times at Dosalas for business lunches. The food is good and staff is friendly. I don't think the staff is particularly trained for business clients. Despite lots of room, customers are seated at tables right next to each other. This makes it loud and prevents discussion of confidential information. Both times, we were asked 3 times about ordering tequila shots. It was an interruption and not appropriate. It would be rare for a business lunch to include shots. A couple service tweaks would make this a great restaurant.

Great service at the bar. Had the Dosalas Margarita and a Flavored Margarita Flight - Spicy Margarita was the winner.
The calamari was large rings, very tender, sauces were good. The brussel sprouts with pork belly were also delicious, cooked perfectly, great flavor!!

These owners did not skimp at all on this restaurant. From design, decor, and especially the food quality. Went in for the table side pasta only to get distracted by the other tables' dishes. Ended getting the Octopus. Amazing. Prices might seem high but the portions definitely match. Unlike other restaurants with small portions on a big plate with decorative swirls to fill the plate. Also prime waterfront location not far from Portland! Can't wait to visit again.

This was an amazing experience. The food was excellent. Service was what I expected. Any problems or requests we had the staff made it right, right away. Prices reflect the fact that it's a boujee restaurant, but it was well worth it. And try the guava cheesecake. 👌
