I stopped at this location on my way into work, and there was two really long lines so I decided to do the walk up window, hoping that it would be faster other locations provide for the people standing outside and instead they ignored and took the longest to serve me my drink, which one single beverage that was iced in a can a very easy beverage to make, and served both of the long lines before serving me my drink, while I stood out in the rain for 15 minutes And then, when I didn’t say thank you for my beverage, the girl condescendingly said thanks for your patience, and I just looked at her and walked away because I was discussing with the level of customer service in the lack of Discernment

I love this shop and all the people who work there so friendly, kind and always make me feel comfortable plus the coffee is incredible and exactly what I need early in the morning before my day hour work day!
Staff at this location are friendly and helpful. A stop here always improves my day. My most recent visit was on the 20th, Neb was at the window and provided awesome service.
Staff are required to chat with customers, and it can be awkward, but they make nice drinks.

Ordered coffee drinks with whipped cream. Taste was excellent but they forgot the whipped cream we ordered and wanted us to get back in line to get some. There was 3 cars in line already waiting on each side. :(

The first time I had a cup at this establishment I noticed that they use real ingredients like Starbucks but they didn't charge the Starbucks price. Starbucks is great but the pandemic has really infected their menu with prices that are unrealistic in fact I'm headed to Dutch Brothers before I go to work, today and I can just put the remaining money in my gas tank all week and save on bills.
I would take it over Starbucks anyday
