By far, my favorite DB in the area. Honestly, they are all really great. Every member on staff has been incredibly sweet and thoughtful, add my fav freeze, can make any day better. ❤️ I love collecting my DB stickers and fun stuff, I love you guys!

I have been a constant at this location since early 2018 . It used to be a pleasurable experience but over the last year it’s been a nightmare . I’ve been overcharged repeatedly by more than a few dollars , they’ve cheated me out of points and the baristas are rude and lack in basic customer service as well as basic math . They’ve gotten numerous orders wrong and they need to train employees or get employees that can do the job

Over 25 minutes sitting at the drive up line. By the time I got my drink, it was no longer hot. You could tell it had been sitting there. Very disappointed and will never return to this location.

went through the drive-through and the guy treated us like trash and asked if we were going to tip? Say what some other drinks are good but I wonder what the customer service goes down as the price goes up plus they gave us three of the wrong drinks. I can say I definitely lost 20 bucks on drinks that went down the toilet because they were so gross Plus the guy at the window was a complete jerk I thought that Dutch Bros prided themselves on customer service not insulting the customer not sure I would go back due to the fact of the price and the treatment we received. Plus to the people were disabled not good I wasted my money my 20 bucks

The blonde girl at the window today was super sweet and amazing. Forgot my card and had a stressful day at work. They ended up giving my drink for free. Their customer service is amazing everytime. Never had one bad customer service here.

Last five times I have ordered from the Dutch Brothers I have ordered the same thing I always get, a cold poor kicker with caramel drizzle all in around the cup. Literally the last five times they have not added any caramel drizzle. One time I noticed before I pulled away and was able to get them to do it and they put barely any. This last time I had my stepfather get my drink for me and I said very expensively make sure they had caramel drizzle because for some reason every time I order it they don't put it in. He made an extensive point to mention the caramel drizzle and yet again there is none. I am pretty positive that I'm paying extra for this every time they do this but by the time I have left and gotten home to put it in the refrigerator for the next morning is when I realize there's no caramel and I'm not going to get back in my car to drive for caramel drizzle. I do not understand why it is only this one that seems to have this issue.
