I didn't catch the workers name! But he had blue hair and he pointed me in the right direction to get the limited addition holiday tumbler! THANK YOU! I was able to get one for my sister and myself ♡ I couldn't have done it without you! Best service i recieved all day! The dutchs i stopped by before this one didn't help me in my search!

I have been a dutch bros die hard since 2003. I always loved the coffee and culture. I've always raved about them to everyone. Today was the first time I was really disappointed. Money has been tight lately, so I haven't been buying as often...or rarely rather. I've been slowly chipping away at my points trying to earn a free drink. I have been so close for months. But every time I think I'm one drink away, points expire and I'm always behind. If last months points didn't expire, I would have had my free drink this month. I just got another notification that more points are expiring this month. I told the broista the situation and asked if they could just give me the free drink this time and wipe my points clean since even if bought a drink today, I would still be 3 points short and more will likely expire before I get the chance to buy another. He just shook his head and gave me a flat no. What happened to customer service? I know people are allowed to give free drinks if they feel it's warranted and I swear I've had them add more points for a mistake in the past. But now its just tough luck. Sorry, not my problem. People shouldn't have to spend $100 just to get a free drink. I wish they'd bring back the punch card where you can get a free drink after 10, which would only cost around $60 and didn't expire. I feel like it just hasn't been the same since they went public. Guess it's time to just buy from mom and pop shops now. So sad. What a shame. Do better.

I'm a sucker for Dutch Bros. I appreciate the consistency and like to go to any other locations knowing that my drink is going to taste the same no matter what. Usually I like the positive attitude of the customer service and get a little pumped up after being there because they usually are so energized. It wasn't a bad experience going to this location. It just was kind of boring compared to normal Dutch Bros adventures. The vibe was more about the employees talking to one another instead of to the customers. This was my first time at this location and I might update later with a better experience but this is it for now. I will go back so it must not have been that bad.

This morning my daughter bought a coffee at this place, one of her favorites. She drank some on the way to church. When we arrived, she still had half left, so she decided to finish what was left. With the last sip, a rather large, thin, white plastic clump came out. My daughter has been nauseous all day after this and hasn't been able to eat properly. I didn't bring the cup with the plastic because we were already in Portland. But on my way back to Vancouver, I'll definitely bring her what my daughter almost swallowed. They should be more careful.

My family and I have been going to this Dutch bros for about three years now every single day and it’s one of the few in town who have the most amazing customer service. Also, my drinks are always done exactly how I order them and the very few times it hasn’t they remake it without a problem. Recently the mobile ahead has been the cherry on top to my days. David, Calin, Carmela, Tyler, and Jordan are the best Broistas!

Worse Dutch Bros out there!!! Ordered 5 drinks, they told us to park and they’ll bring me the drinks! Never had this done to me before! Been to dutch hundreds of times and have ordered 10 drinks before! after they helped 4,5,6 cars… they brought us our drinks! the blended ones were half melted! The lady that brought them to us was a prick. She just kept saying it’s a new thing! Why are the 5 ish cars behind us any more important?!? Never will go to this dutch again! Stay away!!

Usually I buy drinks for my coworkers. But in the past week, there have been twice where when I order on the app it doesn't go through on their end and I have to re buy the order at the window. I'd like to know how to get my money back for those times. The lady there tonight was completely rude about having my order.
