Honest review great coffee nice workers but not so great location/building surroundings Love the coffee that won’t change i will still go to you because you’re nearest one to me, i ain’t one for complaining at businesses but i wish you guys would update/remodel its a busy location you now have sit-ins in some locations, and the new one up the street don’t know why you built it as a walk up and drive through only but ok, now this being a crowded location with lines of cars at certain times especially after obnoxious students “escaping” school and crowds of people with one table and a trash bin… If you are going to have food trucks at your location please force them to use their own seating and tables and trash bins it’s crowded and stuffy lately might actually drive away some customers. You can see you need some improvements to your location in your reviews please managers time for an update not really a complaint just an observation thar you need change.

They are just so slow. They have no sense of urgency, after they hand you your drink they try to continue to make small talk for about 5-10 min at least. I've never had a wrong drink handed to me but I've had them make plenty of wrong drinks. 5-6 people working there when I go and only one person makes drinks that I ever see.

Terrible service. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes, no urgency from employees, oblivious to the large amount of cars piling up and not moving (only the walk up customers were getting acknowledged). 4 people in the booth and I'm pretty sure not a single person cared. When it was finally our turn she had the audacity to ask for a tip. I laughed. My daughter got a birthday drink (happy sweet 16!), they also ignored her and did not specialize the cup like they would have normally. Sad its really gone down hill. Also my "hot" drink was room temperature at best
I come here often and the drinks are pretty good, but today I really needed a pick me up and was looking forward to a coffee. The line was long but moving pretty good. I ordered a hot drink and was given it, drove off before my first sip, and the drink was room temperature, not even lukewarm. I didn't go back, I just wanted to go home, and I wasn't going to hold up the long line, but I wonder how many people ahead of me also got tepid drinks? That would explain the line moving so fast, if they're handing out drinks made so early they're cooling off before they get to the customer.
I'll go to the one on 112th from now on, they always do a great drink for me.

I used to really like this location. The employees were very friendly, acknowledge you when you walked up to the window.....not anymore. I will say one or two employees still have the 'Dutch Bro" friendliness. But the majority of the employees will look at you and not say a word. Just turn around and do something else. OR they won't even acknowledge you, and you'll just stand there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to say something to you. Today I had a male employee look my direction when I walked up. Did not say a single thing to me. After standing there for 8 minutes the girl who was outside taking car orders finally walked over to me and asked me if my order had been taken yet. Then the male employee piped up and thanked her....he still not once acknowledged me even though he was standing closest to the window. None of the employees inside ever looked my direction. This has happened more than once, almost every single time I come here. It's not just me they do it to. I've seen it happen to almost every person who walks up to the window.I don't know what happened with that location. They used to be on top of their game, but now their customer service is just awful!This is the worst location I've ever been to in all the years of drinking Dutch. I only visit this one because it's the closest to my work.

There were 3 cars in front of us and we ended up being in that line for 25 minutes. Terrible customer service, the girl at the window tried hitting on my boyfriend.
