I had gotten a strawberry banana smoothie from their asking for extra cold foam and 20 mins after ordering they hand me my drink with no cold foam . When I had asked for them to take it back they did but proceeds to add the tiniest drop of cold foam. Wasn’t worth the wait never coming her again

Well they're not very friendly here and if you make a comment about a smile like saying nice smile they don't say anything to you they go whining to the manager and then next time you go there the manager gets all over you and threatens to refuse service to you. People that are supposed to be customer service oriented really aren't. I used to enjoy going to Dutch Bros but not anymore. I'm a friendly outgoing person I get tired of not being able to be myself because you have a bunch of little girls so wrapped up in their selfs they think of you smile at them that means that you're all interested in them. I think they need to grow up.

We get things from this Dutch about once a week on Saturdays, we went there today. Asked for a trifecta freeze, the person that took our order. Thought I was talking about a rebel. I know what's on the menu because I have the app and it's very organized and I know what I'm looking at, so you corrected him and went and got my drink and it's completely wrong. It's not even what I ordered. Most likely will never be coming back to this Dutch.
