Was charged far more than the drink is advertised for, and when I gave another 5 dollars to cover it I wasn't given my change. I asked for my change, and was told that I was confused and wasn't supposed to get change. I tried to verify the cost and charges, and was told rather rudely that I was just confused. Just left a bad taste in my mouth :/

Great location off the freeway. However, be aware, in case you're like me and don't frequent Dutch - they do NOT have drip coffee. So if they don't warn you in advance & you think you've ordered a "drip coffee with a shot of espresso," they will actually give you a triple shot Americano. At least, that is what happened to me this morning. Which for the record *is Not* the "same thing as a black coffee." Doesn't matter how many times you say it out loud, let alone to anyone.Hey, Dutch bros! Why is the word "coffee" in your logo if you don't even have it?

Every time I go there the people are friendly, informative, flexible and enjoyable. There are so many flavors and things to try. Best of all if you try something new and it's not for you they will make you something else. And with every purchase you earn points towards a free one!!
This Dutch bros is the best Dutch in the Vancouver area. The service is fast. Everyone is very kind. There speed doesn’t effect the quality. I love my drink every time! This Dutch isn’t the closest to me but I go here every time if I can! Highly suggest.

Not sure who owns this franchise but they need to have corporate come in and buy them out to repair the brand. They take way to long to get cars pushed through. The kids running this place sat there and chatted with a car for 5 mins after they got their coffee. Then got to the front of the line to be told they ran out of pumpkin for the season. Pumpkin how until after thanksgiving and they are already out? This place is a joke! They need to fire the staff and get new management.

I am highly unsatisfied with my visit to this dutch bros on sunday September 10th approx 330 pm, I understand they were super super busy, but I ordered a medium carmalizer 4x xta sweet with whip and Carmel drizzle on top of my whip only. After waiting 10 ish mins for my drink and having bees and wasps swarm me because there is nothing for them to get trapped into. Mind you im allergic and ajother customer waiting WAS HIGHLY ALLERGIC. I got my drink and it had Carmal on the cup. No big deal I used to order it that way before. I went over to Walmart to do my shopping. While drinking my drink I kept getting mouthfuls of caramel that I had to spit out because it was soooooo much. I was going to go back and have them remake it I saw their line is long again. I refused to wait. Here's to another wasted coffee because it wasn't made right. Im just about done going to other dutch bros. I don't have an issue at my regular place.
