I have been here a few times now and the food is great. The restaurant is clean, service is very tentative and friendly, and the food is delicious. I always leave with left overs because they are hearty meals and great prices.
Honestly El Mitote has quickly far surpassed any other Mexican food in Vancouver WA and become a favorite! With their fine quality, generous portions, and low cost my boyfriend and I have realized that every single place we've tried since hasn't come close to being anywhere near as impressive.
