I’ve always loved this store — great selection, delicious bakery and prepared foods, and usually very warm, friendly service. My family and I have been regular customers and always enjoyed coming here.

Unfortunately, during our last visit about two weeks ago, we had a very unpleasant experience with a new cashier. She was quite rude, which was surprising and disappointing, as we had never encountered anything like this here before. It really affected our mood and made us hesitant to return.

I truly hope this was just an exception, because this store has always been a place we appreciated and wanted to support.

When I went in, no one spoke English. The lady that tried to help me seemed nice, but the cashier was very rude. I will not go back ever again.

Great place to shop for European products. Seems like everybody they're nice and friendly.

Writing this to warn others. This is NOT european food, its Russian food and that is a very different thing. (I should know, Im British!).

Very disappointed with my visit today. First off the prices are pretty ridiculous for some products. You will spend much less for the same things at different European stores around.

I had bought a product that I realized was not the one I needed and came back an hour after my visit to try to return it. I was directed to the manager who then proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t process the return due to her not knowing what I may have done with the product in the hour it was in my possession. She spoke to me in a very rude manner and said that I should go find some use for the product because she wouldn’t take it back.

Plenty of other great European stores around with much better prices and customer service. I will not be returning and highly advise you to do the same.

What a fantastic market! Brings me back to living in Eastern Europe. Huge selection, wonderful vibe, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful!

Customer service is pathetic! The staff is so disrespectful! They are not grateful that you’re there. Not a hello, not a thank you. If you do ask something, they look at you like you’re stupid. Especially the gal with the grey/white hair at the register.

The hot dog bun was burnt, there was way too much mustard, which ruined the overall taste.
The staff were visibly irritated and clearly did not care about the quality of their work.
