Ordered carry out and when I got home and opened up my food there was visible mold on my sandwich bread… How does someone miss this when making food? Very disappointing because the food is great. The service was fast and employees were very kind. All very worth the price. After today though I won’t be coming back this is disgusting.

On 02/09/25 at 3:30PM we ordered a firehouse sub. There were 2 or 3 other customers milling about. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our order. When compared to the competition, (Subway, Jersey Mikes, Jimmy Johns, Home town Hero), the speed of service here is agonizingly slow. Owners and management need to address this problem.

This place is filthy! Every table is dirty, trash is full and floors look terrible... vastly different from van mall location! Took 22 minutes to get food with 11 customers in store... Wow...
And the sandwich was no good after all that! That's how a great name gets wrecked right there. Do better!

Terrible customer service. I had to pay twice since they didn’t charge the correct amount. I waited a long time for my food.
Thanks for caring for the veterans!!!

I use to like them, but atleast at this location the meat is cut to thick. Bread was soggy, brownies were frozen. Sometime when ordering food it's a Necessity. My dad passed and needed a meal I was to exhausted to cook. Paid $87 for food I could not eat. It's hard times for people right now, so when you spend that kind of money you expect some sort of consistentacy, and quality. I will never eat firehouse subs again!!!! Not only disappointed but actually pissed!!! For you who work there and want hire wages, then take some sort of pride in your work!! Those who work at this location don't deserve $7 hour.
Unfortunately the last 5-6 times we’ve come to this location, our sandwiches have been made wrong each time (missing toppings or sauces). We keep coming back hoping it is fixed. one time, they gave us 2 medium free sub coupons for the inconvenience and because it would have taken 30+ minutes to redo a pickup order we placed, that was made incorrectly. Upon using the 2 free medium sub coupons, those subs were wrong too! I simply cannot justify continuing to be a customer any longer which is unfortunate.

Came in to receive my birthday sub and was told the app was recently updated where you had to have ordered in the past six months on the app to receive the birthday sub. No notice was posted on the app or my email, so how was I supposed to know? They we're not willing to help me at all. Really disappointing customer service.

It was good, but not phenomenal. I had to get a salad because they are out of gluten free bread.

There was very little meat on the new York steamer, the bread tough, the tomato was green and after 20 minutes waiting in-store I expected more. $7 just for the sandwich. The chicken dumpling soup lacked dumplings and they forgot the pickle. I've been before and this was just very disappointing. We won't be coming back unfortunately.
