I would never leave a review for a restaurant but there was one worker Nathan a young guy. Om his probation period who did great, really cared about his job. Five guys should be lucky to have him as an employee burger was great as always.

Going to this place is a special type of event. They serve FREE peanuts while you wait! Imagine that! That’s nuts! The burgers are great and the bacon milkshakes are amazing too

I don’t like eating at this place. They never wash the tables. The tables are always gross with grease and food from people eating on them all day. I always see people who came in after me getting their food before me and the staff isn’t that concerned about giving you good customer service. If you do eat here, make sure you tell them that you only want one patty on your burger if that’s what you usually prefer because if you don’t, they will make you a burger with two patties as default because their regular burger comes with two patties on it, which is ridiculous.

Dunno who they think they're fooling never making fries until the delivery driver shows up, your fries will always turn the bag into a soggy oily mess and them dropping fries only when drivers arrive just adds unecessary time.

Once a month I choose a restaurant at random to tip all the employees 100 each and all that they have to do is greet me and reply to my hi how are you. 05/21/25 @ 12:07 pm they failed. ☹️ Basic customer service is the least I expect at any fast food chain. Thanks for the fries they were delicious as always!
Really disappointed with my family order tonight.. Why advertise as many toppings as you'd like if you're going to get the orders all wrong 🤔 all the buns for burgers were smashed and broken up (accept the lettuce wrap burger) our large Cajun fry was all but half full with the fries scattered to the bottom of the bag and the cup had but less than a dozen or so in it!?? Ughhhh!! Please take a minute and get the food right.. get the order right as well because when I come to your establishment the POS knows my money's 💰 right. .. I'll choose efficiency over quickness every time 👍
