It has been quite a while since I’ve been to five guys, but I was in the mood for a great hamburger and a friend said let’s go to five guys, so we did. Well I have to say that I will make sure I don’t wait so long to get back there again, because that was a great lunch! And they give you so many fries, even for the small order. So, I highly recommend this particular location. The people were friendly, the food was fresh and fantastic, and it was just exactly what I wanted. There’s nothing like a good hamburger, so give this place a try. I suspect you will be glad that you did.

The burgers have routinely been good and the fries have regularly hit the spot. Staff is kind and polite even when they're slammed during their lunch and dinner rushes. If you should happen to end up being a regular, they'll tend to know your order or damn near close to when you go in to help make things a bit quicker.
Kid-friendliness: My son goes with me every so often. Staff are always kind to him and even when he spilled his shake they were quick to help clean it up and get him a replacement.

Last week my family had 3 burgers and 2 med size fries. Burgers were not great, they were horribly soggy. 1 fry was regular 1 was Cajun. Here is both cups! Can u tell the difference? Cold, rubbery tasteless fries too. It was as if they sat done over the fryer on hold for 30 minutes. Thanks but NO thanks 5 guys!

I really like the quality of the food, but I keep getting inaccurate orders. Even when assured at the counter it is correct, I can never count on it. I think it has been 3 or so orders now out of the last ten over 3 months.

Tonight was the first time we went to the Hazel Dell location, and it will be the last - primary because the guy cooking the burgers was pressing them, and pressing them really hard because he was putting his shoulder into the effort. Everyone knows that squeezes the juices out of the meat. Meat on our burgers wasn't that all desirable.

Ordered through ubereats, driver stole my order. Order bounces around to different drivers who unassign. The third driver asked them to remake the one burger i had ordered. Manager wouldn't because of "food costs". Thanks, uber wouldn't refund, and i didn't get any food. Everyone loses
