Great place for a quick burger. They start you out with complementary peanuts which is a fun touch. I enjoyed the lettuce wrap Cheeseburger, it's messy but you can pretend you're eating healthy. Wait time is slightly linger than at other short order shops but you know your burger is made fresh, not lingering on a warming table.

Not surprisingly, the guy with the neck tattoo has a serious attitude problem.

Employee KATLYN H very Poor Service and Attitude. We came in about 8:45 on Sunday night 11/17/2024. Ordered a burger and fries, tipped $2.00 and went looking for some peanuts. There were three tables eating peanuts, but did not see where to get them. I inquired with a staff member, and he stated they are put away for the night but said he could get some. I was surprised when Katlyn jumped in to the conversation, and told him not to get any, that they were not opening any more peanuts. She was in an argument with another customer about peanuts as well telling us that because she said so there are no peanuts. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this rude and condescending Katlyn should NOT be in customer service or in the front of the house. We wont be going back anytime soon because of her. All the other workers were embarrassed and did great.

We come here every weekend. The employees are always so nice and pleasant. Except today. The employee named Catlyn (Cat) was extremely rude, lazy, and spiteful to us and the customer before us. There were 3 full boxes of peanuts, but she would not open them to allow her customers to snack on them while waiting for their food. When I inquired about this to the kind man taking our order, he hesitated and said they have the boxes and he’d be happy to open them for us. After we paid, he went to open the boxes, but Catlyn screamed across the store from the cooking area and asked him what he was doing. He said he’s opening peanut boxes for the customers and she chided him in front of everyone saying “I said no one opens those boxes. There’s no more peanuts for the rest of the night.” I politely asked why, and she said “it’s because I said so.” I was appalled at this level of horrific service. When I asked why not, she said it’s because it’s 1.5 hour before closing time and she already cleaned the store and doesn’t want to clean again. I said I’ll clean up after myself and the other customer chimed in saying he will also clean up after himself. She said “no, no more peanuts. We’re not going to open those boxes.” I asked if this is corporate policy to not have peanuts available 1.5hr before closing time so you don’t have to clean. She said “yes.” I have never in my life seen such rude and awful customer service.
Not only was she rude to us, she was mean to the poor guy taking our order. He was clearly so uncomfortable. I’m not sure why this Five Guys has hired Catlyn. She’s creating a toxic work environment.
She also refused to stock ketchup packets and kept one bathroom closed because of her laziness since she didn’t want to clean it again. I understand if we went 15 mins before closing time. But we went 1.5hours before closing time! And the other employee had no problem opening the peanut boxes, so clearly Catlyn was the only Scrooge who had a problem with it.
I hope the manager at this location doesn’t let this lady create an ongoing toxic work culture and turn off customers from going to this place. We will just go to another five guys location after this bad experience.

I had order put in before I arrived and it wasn't even getting worked on and ppl that came in after I did and ordered got their food before mine was started. Employee was more concerned on what was happening on their phone and not customers. I am not impressed and and will not be back.

I guess they no longer over fill the bag with fries? Just the cup with fries at this location. Takes away the magic of Five Guys.

Dad dad was very hungry because he skipped breakfast. The peanuts were good but the burger was better. It was also very cold. The air conditioning I mean, not the burger.

This is a really good hamburger joint. I used to go often. But ever since Killer Burger came to town, I go there. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌?
