Five Guys

Staff was nice but I should have known something was off when she asked me what I wanted on my Patty Melt.
When I finally got it almost 20 minutes later it was on inverted buns (yes, sesame seeds on the inside) instead of rye bread. Meat patty was so thin I could barely taste it. Also, American as the only cheese option was a big fail.

There were almost no people in the place, but I waited a very long time for my order. Two burgers took about 25 minutes to prepare.

We arrived around 11AM and there was only 1 person actually working. Her name was Michelle & she was amazing, sweet, kind, and taking orders, cooking, all of it on her won. She deserves a shout out!

I ordered through DoorDash because it was late and I didn't want to go anywhere. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a regular fries. Plain and simple. I get my order after about 10 mins and I was disappointed. The fries were limp and undercooked, the burgers bun was soggy and inedible. I've had Five guys many times in the past and know what it's suppose to look and taste like. I was severely disappointed in this locations product.

Went in to pick up on a Friday night; super busy. (Sarah) the GM and her team were working very hard but seemed to have a good routine going! Food was fantastic; as usual. Fries hot and burgers melt in your mouth! Having a grilled cheese option is great for my kiddos! Thank you again; can’t wait to order again!

Great burgers cooked to order. The prices are hard to beat for double the patties. The milkshakes are good, the fries are okish and I think thats why I took a star away.

This place has zero to do with fast food. Unless you have the extra time to wait around for a burger. We waiting 30 minutes for three burgers and fries. We say every order after us go out how does 40 go out before 34 I asked about my order and got told 5 more minutes they are waiting on one burger. We sat down and watched staff two people are needed to bag fries another two to bag a burger. Ive worked fast food before and to have 6 employees in the kitchen and this slow is crazy. Management is really overspending on staffing here. If you are looking to have a good five guys experience avoid this location and go to hazel dell instead.
