Five Guys

Listen, I’m a Burger Man, and I have had Burgers from across the country now, this is the best Burger spot I’ve tasted in Washington! I had a bacon cheeseburger all the way minus mustard and pickles, I was droolin while I was eatin that beautifully messy burger; but hey, I kept that sumummabich together til about half 🤷🏾‍♂️😎.
And I got my food quickly, mainly I believe, because of the outstanding service and attention-to-detail displayed by Kelly. She was THE most pleasant person I have experienced in years!! She seemed to care greatly that my Daughter and I had a great first experience with Five Guys. The food was outstanding, however she will be a huge reason I plan to return to your establishment. For God’s Sake, she read my Daughter like a book; My Daughter asked Kelly to choose what she would enjoy, since she can never make up her mind. Needless to say, Kelly helped put a huge smile on my Daughter’s face….that girl loved every bit of what she consumed. It is my hope that Kelly is treated with the courtesy and kindness she deserves inside the walls of Five Guys, because to do otherwise would be a complete disrespect to the caliber Woman I believe Kelly to be (I’m willing to never return to that particular site if I ever found out she was treated badly…I mean that).
In all, the people of Van Mall Five Guys has done exemplary work in providing my Daughter and I THE best first-time experience with any restaurant in any state, Ever, and I commend their strong efforts.

Manager Chris hired me, I go buy work shoes and a food service card for 40 dollars that I didn't have. I wait about two weeks calling everyday asking when I can come in for videos and they gave me 0 hours and never were able to start me. Terrible store, even with the best nonslip shoes the floor was a MESS and slipping Hazzard.

Literally sat and waited over 20 minutes for some food they forgot about on the shelf. Pushed 5 different orders out that came in after mine before handing me my bag of cold and soggy food. Will never be back here.

If you can get past $10 for the cheapest single pattie burger, it's a pretty good tasting small burger. The music was WAY to loud! It was uncomfortable to eat there

I had the pleasure of being served by an incredible employee named JR. From start to finish, his attention to detail was nothing short of top-notch, and his customer service was incredibly refreshing. My family and I felt genuinely welcomed, and our dinner was made even more enjoyable because of him.

As someone who works in sales, I can confidently say that it is rare these days to walk into a restaurant and experience the level of service that JR provided. He communicated seamlessly with his team, and when he wasn’t taking orders, he was actively engaging with his staff, offering compliments, and even helping with cleaning—all with a smile on his face. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out.

I don’t typically write reviews or compliments, but after meeting JR, I felt compelled to make sure you knew how exceptional he is. You’ve got a real rockstar on your team, and I wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Always good burgers. Service is no fun at all. Seems very understaffed, which isn't the workers falt. Have fun, talk it up a bit. Customer interaction could be key here.

Foods okay, not the best 5 guys, fries were stale. Burger was okay but not great. This isn't a dig on the employees rather the management, they were both clearly tired. It had clearly been a very long day and it was just two employees and they had been there alone for a very long time

I love five guys their food is the best but the service and environment is not the same as before. The last couple times I went the employees are rude the night shift manager I suppose, rude and gives attitude and when the order is done he just leaves it in the counter, also it’s very messy fries and spills on the ground and they always have people waiting for too long.
