We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus. And I also kind of like that the customer chooses what goes on the burger. This store is clean and I will definitely be back.

Disappointed. Ordered food using uber eats for the delivery-the delivery person stole the food! Why the review is being left for Five Guys is because when the 3rd carrier showed up for the order, they should have had them contact us as the customer if they (five guys) didn’t have our info so we wouldn’t have been waiting 2+ hrs !!

The two Caucasian males were looking weird and suspicious. I ordered 25 minutes prior to arrival and they weren't didn't make my fries until I got there. All while being sneaky and it turned out the fries were nasty. They put something in it. Check the cameras on March 13th, 2025 from 600 pm to 7pm time frame.
It's okay, but probably not worth the price. I'd just walk down the street to Burgerville instead.

NOTE TO STORE OWNER - This Zach guy is a tank. If he isn't a manager, make him one. If he's already a manager, give him your job as store owner or district manager.
He was running this place by himself (we must have come in at shift change and/or break time) and absolutely crushed every part of customer service, grill, and execution of an amazing product.
His personality was fantastic, the food he made us was fantastic, and the speed in which he handled our orders (3x of them) was fantastic.
I will be back to your location specifically because of him and the quality he brings to the table.
Do not lose this young man as an employee; he's a rare one.
