Food is really good but they WILL NOT allow you to call in an order so it’s ready once you get there, the guy answering puts you on hold and forgets.The last three times literally in a row I’ve called in the last month, the guy asked to put me on hold then puts the phone down on the counter and forgets about it.It’s the same guy each time, I think it’s the manager too, ill hear him talking to employees in the background, he never picks it back up.If you hang up and try to call again it won’t put you through to the store, I think it’s because the phone is off the hook.

Great place. I got there at almost closing time, and the 2 employees were also! They were very polite and received us with a welcoming smile!
Someone accidentally took our order, but the lady gave us her food and our new food with milkshakes for the inconvenience at no cost. Pretty awesome to see this type of customer service.

By far best fast food burger joint ever and fries are the very finest--almost always cooked up while your order is being prepped and served piping hot. Standard double burgers are huge, fresh made, and far superior to sub-par junk burger chains. Five Guys is THE PLACE. Staff far more adept, skilled, and welcoming than most burger chains.
Shakes are awesome. Burgers and good and I highly recommend the Cajun fries!
