I will definitely return to Ginger Pop! The meat in the entrees was perfect in cut, time cooked, and texture. I'm really picky. I loved the Cashew Chicken w/ rice the most and will order it with extra pineapple next time. The Pad Ki Mow Beef was spicy and delicious. I wasn't really a fan of the Chicken Satay appetizer.
On a different post, I added the updated pictures of the takeout menu. See the orange paper pictures.

Good Thai food.
A variety of dishes and nice staff to assist you with your order.
Food was spicy, but not alarmingly so. If you like your food really hot or not so much be sure to tell your server.

Ginger Pop had me at the name because I LOVE anything ginger... and the food didn't disappoint!!! I'm in town for a week, and they will see me often because I really had a hard time trying to figure out what to order because everything looked so good. The first day, I had ginger chicken, and my husband had mixed vegetables with chicken. (I was so excited I forgot to take a picture) The 2nd day was spicy sauteed beef, chicken yellow curry, and a dragon fruit mojito. (which was sooooo flavorable and delicious) We did a spice level 4 on the spicy beef and spice level 3 for the curry chicken. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and you could tell it was fresh!!! We will be going back one more time before we leave because I have to try the garlic chicken.
The customer service is also top-notch! The owner Amy, is so personable and very sweet.
Cassie, My, and Jade were amazing as well. There is no doubt I will be visiting again when I return in 3 months. Thank you for such amazing customer service and a delicious Thai experience!!!

Our favorite place for Thai food in Vancouver. Kid friendly. Good food. Wonderful service.
A Vancouver favorite. Been coming here since they opened. Salad rolls are the best!
Ginger Pop offers fresh food that is deliciously prepared that honors dietary needs. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. It is a lovely place to go to celebrate an occasion!

Very cool place! Creative Thai! And healthy and yummy. Too many favorites to list. Lots of craft beers and cocktails. Great service too! Good for everyone - kids, vegans, paleo, health freaks and regular people! Tamarind duck & broccoli beef both incredible. Never had a bad dish yet!
We always order the Thai Chopped Salad with either added chicken or shrimp. The dressing that is used on the salad is wonderful, tangy, and tasteful. Then, for the finishing touch, we have Curry Puffs with the supplied tangy orange dip. If you like Curry, you will love Curry Puffs!
This place is mafia 😭 I was charged 1$ extra to add pineapples in my fried rice but there was no pineapples in it I was so disappointed after getting home with the food and found out I was charged extra for an ingredient that wasn't there I will never go back to this place God dang it 😔
All the items we ordered were really yummy! We ordered pad se ew, lemon chicken, yellow curry, sausage and egg fried rice, and mango with sticky rice.
Food was good , service extremely poor ( it was excellent before ) missed my drink , didn't come check on us ... only good thing was that we got to sit and talk and weren't rushed out after paying ?
