Used to like coming here but my most recent experience was very disappointing. Were here on a Sunday afternoon. Server did not ask us anything, didnt offer us soup or any of the other extras that come with the meal. We had to ask for everything. He did not ask what we wanted to drink, he just brought water. Waited in line a long time for food to get cooked. At the table we had napkins, no forks. Waited for those while food got cold. Food was just okay, not great. All the seasonings and sauces are watered down. There used to be fried rice, chicken wings, and other hot foods in the side buffet, plus fruit, I think (been years since I've been here) Nothing there this time. Maybe the extras are just during what they call "Dinner"? We were there for lunch. I went away hungry because I didn't want to get back in line and wait another 20 minutes for more. To top it all off the prices have gone way, way up. I do know personally this place used to be good. Not this time. I enjoyed the ice cream.
One of my favorite restaurants, hands-down. The food is always good, and I love to watch them cook it on the grill. The after-dinner ice cream is top-notch and super tasty. ?? Nice little fish pond out front.
This place is rocking, they ALWAYS meet my needs, they are attentive, nice, ready to get me whatever I want or need. They ALWAYS ask if what I chose for myself is good & if not they're ready, willing & non-judgmental about taking it out of my way to get something else. I absolutely ? sitting by the fireplace, but they always ask me if it's OK to seat me there. So respectful. Apparently some people aren't as into it as I am. They have always been one of the coolest places I have ever eaten, both food & service. I actually crave this place sometime. Go figure? 5+ stars. Go, you'll love it!!!
We had a little wait, maybe 10 minutes, but were seated, tended to, and sent off to create our dishes. If you are used to Changs Mongolian Grill, this place is the equivalent. We had great food and a lot of fun, the kids were full when we left, and the service, short of having to ask for sauce and s&p, we were taken care of. Now, being as this is my favorite spot, and I used to come here all the time before the pandemic, I know this place has gotten hit hard by the closure and staff issues. So please be friendly when going. They are trying to land on their feet like many other small businesses still open. What made my stars not a 5 rating was the cleanliness of the people at the grill. The food was being grated right onto the floor and not the catch tray. I know it's meant for liquids mostly, but I've seen most grillers scape into a neat pile and then pulle the residue into a dirty plate or bowl, reducing food on the floor. From any other point of view, it may have been deemed a hazard, and I hate the thought of this place closing. It has great people and food.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options, but just like allergy issues might occur, they grill everything together, so please keep that in mind if you cannot have any of your food cooked with meat, soy, or gluten.
Kid-friendliness: Alot of fun for kids to see their food cooked. I will note that they do not have baby carier hammocks, just highchairs.
Parking: I'm not certain about the number of spots, but the restaurant is on a dead-end street, so you can always park on the street. However, like anything else, if the lot is full, chances are there is bound to be a wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot to the table was flat, so getting in won't be an issue. They have tabletops and booths, so you can wheel right in. The only issue I see may be when getting your food at the stations. Being as everything is high enough, it may be difficult to see.
First time here! Server and cooks were great! The food was fresh and you choose your own veggies, sauce and protein so you are able to create your own concoction.
The food is great. The one challenge is when they are busy the line can get really long for the grill. All in all a good place to eat though. Easy to make your dish vegan but they are cooked on the same flattop grill as meat. It's cleaned regularly but it's only fair to call that out.
Food is always delicious! Unfortunately, undoubtedly due to covid lockdowns, they have had to make financial changes such as no more spring rolls available and desert costs extra.
Kid-friendliness: my kids love being able to choose from all the options. It's also been a great place to get my kids to try out new veggies they would have usually not tried.
Parking: plenty of parking
This place is amazing.great fresh food you can make it the way you want.they even have lamb.they even have vegan options aswell.
Best Mongolian style food in the area probably one of the only ones left also great atmosphere. The building is running down a little it probably could use some TLC. But besides that fun for the family.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome it's a great experience
Parking: Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramp and plenty of parking
Dietary restrictions: You choose exactly what you were putting into your own dish you make your own dish before it's cooked with raw products
I love Mongolian bbqs and this place did not dissappoint. Very clean, excellent service and a great food selection. You can ceate your own sauces. Had a fun night with the family.

The best food!! It won’t disappoint, you get to choose what you want on your plate, the cooks and servers are friendly and professional ? your going to love this place!
I was excited when my BFF said she was taking me out for Mongolian food. I hadnt been to a Mongolian place since my parents took me as a teen. I was not disapointed in this place at all! There is a great variety of fresh veggies & meat, even lamb ! With so many differnt mixers, you can use their guide to making a perfect sauce, or create your own flavor. The chefs were so busy but they cooked up orders fast & efficiently with a smile! The place was super busy for a Thursday evening, but it didnt phase our waiter, who served us with a smile & a joke oe 2, I think he said he'd worked there almost since they opened! Even when leaving & paying our bill the older gentleman was so friendly, joking with us & making our overall experience great! I don't live near here, but I'd make the 2 hour drive for dinner!
First time going, food was good plenty of veggies to choose from. Service was good, but not to happy with some of the comments made by one of the worker's/ owner. Not sure if I'd take my family back
Very good food. The service isn’t great. The cooks are kinda rude. Bad management with limited waiters working their hardest. The food is decent as I said but long waits.
Amazing food. I have bever been to this restaurant before. So I had a couple of questions. I did't get his name but he seated me and just seamed like I was an inconvenienc to ask questions. He was In a hurry to leave. I'm just glad the waitress and food was amazing so this is why I'm giving them a 5 star. More food than I could possibly eat, other than the host , everything was great!
Kid-friendliness: Everyone but host was very friendly. There was a couple there , waiting for food to be cook, that answered all my questions.
Parking: lots of parking and disabled parking as well.
