Noodles are the star of the show at this place. I’m Italian, born and raised in New York and I can honestly say their spaghetti and meatballs and fusilli à la vodka pass the test💯. I’ve heard some people say the fusilli Has too much spice, but if you think thats spicy, you probably think mayonnaise and spicy🤷

I ordered the GF carbonara and my husband ordered the regular carbonara. Both were cooked al dente but I would say it needed a minute or two more because it was a little too much resistance when chewing. The flavor wasn't that great as the saltiness was more overwhelming than the taste of the sauce and cheese. Our food also came out barely warm and quickly cooled down so the last half was even more unenjoyable to eat. Other than the food, the service was great. Since I was ordering GF pasta, I was asked if I needed to have seperate pasta water for celiac. Our plates came out in a timely manner and the staff overall seemed to be happy to be there and not overwhelmed with the number of people coming in.

When we got to Grassa there was a substantial line. We patiently waited and as we found our table and took the first bites for our meals I realized why Grassa is so popular. From the neutral finished wood tables, elegant meals, and friendly service Grassa is a wonderful spot to check out. I also truly enjoy that you can have high quality pasta and a variety of beers on tap without making your wallet hate you. We had the Carbonara, Spaghetti al pesto, Radiator and a Caesure salad. Sherman IPA is also a hit!

Absolutely worthless restaurant no service at all, the food portions are basically stealing your money from you complete waste of time and money when you are going to leave hungry. The bartenders are a joke. Honestly the manager needs to be fired and this is coming from.a former Beaches Employee.

the pasta was pretty bland and the service was slow
Truffle, Mac n cheese and carbonara no meat. It was all pretty good. These meals were pretty creamy and heavy so I couldn’t finish my meals. The carbonara with the egg on top was different. Usually it’s raw and mixed in but I think for safety reasons this egg was fully cooked on top. Mac and cheese was good, not the best I’ve had. Needed more of a cheesy flavor vs a cream flavor

Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Food and drinks came very quickly. Food was nothing special but was still good. Very chill, calm and relaxing vibes. Went here for lunch with a friend and had a really good time. Will definitely go back.
