My wife and I ate here before taking in the Christmas Ship parade on the Columbia. I had the Radiatore. My wife had the Potato Gnocchi both of which were excellent. But the star for us was the Brussel Sprouts with Pickled Mustard Seed dressing, outstanding.

Shout out to the crew at Grassa!
We came with a large group, plus 9 kids. You can imagine the noise level.
After the kids ate, the pasta chef( not sure what the official title is;) gave the kids a chunk of dough to roll out and play with while he was making pasta in front of them. The kids were silent for the remainder of the time! Thank you pasta chef!!

The food was really good, but the service left something to be desired. When I went to refill my Diet Coke, it was clearly off—low on syrup and oddly pale. I mentioned it, and someone said they’d fix it. But when I came back, another staff member told me they liked it that way. My husband later tried to get a refill too, and the soda was even lighter. He raised the same concern and was told, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.”
It was a small thing, but the dismissive attitude made it frustrating. Great food deserves better follow-through on the service side.

Limited dish options but what we had was amazing. The cesar salad was excellent as well. Drink selection is adequate. They allowed us to taste test a wine that was very good.

My husband is allergic to tomatoes so I bring him here so I can have a traditional spaghetti and meatballs and he can have whatever he wants. This time he had a gnocchi and pumpkin thing. That was really really good, the spaghetti meatballs is what you would expect, delicious especially when you only have them once or twice a year.
Great food, service, and location. Highly recommend and will be back.

I cannot say this loudly enough: the squid ink pasta here is better than anything I had in Italy — and I’ve been many times. It’s honestly the best pasta of my entire life. The flavor is rich and perfectly balanced, the texture is spot-on, and every bite feels like it was crafted with real passion and skill.

This is a GREAT pasta restaurant. We had been to their Portland location before and wanted to go to the Waterfront and see if it was as good. Let me tell you it was amazing!
The homemade pastas are delicious and served promptly. Bread was soft and crispy like garlic bread should be. Friendly staff to top it off. Definitely recommend this place if you like pasta!!

We went here to celebrate my friends birthday. We all tried each others dishes and everything was amazing! The burrata was my favorite. The service was next level. Every single interaction was so kind. I can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. We will be back!!!!

The only complaint that I had was that the food I ordered was way too spicy. I swear I had the same dish at another location, but it was not that spicy that time. We ordered at the counter and got to sit wherever we liked. I would say the menu seems a bit disappointing for such a beautiful restaurant. I think a place like this would benefit from more options. Overall, the service was fine. I don't know if they are supposed to come by and check on you, but I did go up to the counter and asked for a refill. The server was extremely nice. I would eat here again to try something different. Is it a rotating menu, though, because I have been here before and everything looked different? (:

They have only a few vegan options, so if you’re vegan, make sure to ask for the vegan versions! 🌱
Their spaghetti is amazing! The noodles are chewy and mochi like 🍝
The Spaghetti Pomodoro is tomato based, so it’s light and refreshing, and the garlic makes it super flavorful 😋
The location is also really cool because it’s right by the Vancouver waterfront 🌊💛
