We ordered off the "Dine the Couve" menu which seemed to be a good value. We ordered the Double D Ranch Sirloin and the Grilled King Salmon as main entrees. These are also listed on the restaurant's regular menu. The food was well-prepared and presented but the portion sizes were shockingly small. Maybe 2 ounces for the salmon and perhaps 4 ounces for the steak. Now maybe these small portion sizes are unique for the Dine the Couve promotion. I would hate to think they are charging $36+ for these size entrees on the regular menu. Anyway, if the Dine the Couve promotion was intended to bring in new business for Grays, this was not how to do it. We will not be back. We are Hilton Diamond-level members and usually have better experiences than this at Hilton-affiliated restaurants.
Kelly was great, she made the visit very nice. Everyone was friendly in fact. The blooming sprouts awesome
This was our first time there, attending while at the jazz festival. Everyone was very kind we were early for our reservation and the wait staff brought us ice water while we waited. Our waiter, Sherman, was incredible and friendly. The food was great. Very much recommend!
The food was amazing and so was their service! Great place to go for an anniversary or special occasion.

Went there during the Wine and Jazz Festival in the park. It was not crowded so there was no noise. The food was tasty and my wife and I split an appetizer, salad, and an entree and didn't have room for dessert. Our waiter was polite and prompt. We had a good experience and will go back.
My ex roommate and I stopped here for burger week yesterday, it was such a huge burger for the price! We loved it! Cute spot right across from the Salmon bell tower so we got to people watch from a window table.

Dinner with a large party. Limited menu options include a half of a chicken for $41. I was served part of a Cornish Game Hen, the meal was cold and even with pre-ordering took over an hour and a half to be served.

This is a Hilton Property. It's not a Hilton Garden Inn, but you could've fooled me. I remember when the Hilton was built and Gray's was a moody, chic, "date night" restaurant with real food. Granted, I haven't been there in a while. It's been remodeled into a diner with no ambiance at all. I ordered the "rustic" Marguerita pizza and, IMO, it was a frozen pizza. Completely inedible. My husband had salmon. His comment was, "it has a lot of flavor, but not in a cohesive way." The salmon was fishy, mushy, and overcooked. The plating consisted of a tomato soup/sauce on the bottom, overcooked asparagus and carrots, and a deep fried rice ball. A glass of wine cost $23 dollars - twice the price one could buy a bottle of it.
Food was very good and setting nice. Service was very slow, considering that the restaurant was not busy.
