This is my coffee spot, I think it tastes better than both Starbucks and or Black Rock.
And it's cheaper than Dutch Brothers....

I really didn’t want to leave this review but considering the past 3 times I’ve gone they over an hour before they are supposed to close and they are closed already it’s really frustrating. On top of that today I finally make it there at 1pm today, wayyyy before close and ask for the breakfast sandwich I love to get and the person tells me the oven is off?? It’s literally the middle of lunch and 3 hours before you close, why is it shut down already.

Drinks are great but THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED CONSTANTLY, THEY SAY THEY CLOSE A 5 BUT THEY CLOSE AT RANDOM TIMES LIKE 4 WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMERS.

I'd like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. When I arrived at the drive-through in a van as a caregiver for a paraplegic patient, I encountered a situation where one of your baristas displayed a concerning level of rudeness. Despite the circumstances, the barista interrupted me while I was placing an order and seemed impatient with the complexity of the drink I was requested This behavior made what should have been a simple and pleasant experience rather uncomfortable.

Given that the drink was intended for my patient, who had just been discharged from the hospital and just wanted a drink to enjoy, it was disheartening to encounter such a negative attitude. she had said that my drink sounded complicated and was going to service the other person first, I replied OK and patiently waited. I patiently waited as the barista tended to another customer when She came back and I try to re-order she constantly interrupted me asking if I was done.

Even the other caregiver with me, who does not speak English, noticed her body language towards us and was affected by the barista's rude behavior. She had got impatient that I didn't grab the drinks quickly enough she left the drink at the window and left abruptly. It would be deeply appreciated if steps could be taken to ensure a more respectful and considerate approach from your staff in the future.

This incident took place on September 8, Sunday around 10 AM. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Randomly stopped here, the girls make great coffee. I will go out of my way to go here as I live on the other side of town. Three times here and each time was great coffee.
