Food is good, service is good but the food is over priced for what you get.

We are staying out of town, and so we stopped here for Easter dinner. Nice atmosphere, and our server was excellent. We both have the meat loaf which they are known for..

Hudson's is one of my favorite restaurants but disappointed with their Easter brunch 2024. It's difficult to keep food hot when it's buffet style. Maybe it was just bad timing but the scrambled eggs were like rubber and dry, pork roast was cold and most dishes were just not the quality you would expect. Deserts were fantastic and they makes a great caesar salad. The biggest disappointment was getting a $200 bill for two people when I most likely ate $10.00 worth of food. Never again but will continue going to their restaurant.

Food was great, and the service was great. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Our server even offered to take a photo for us outside. It was a wonderful experience all around!

This has been our go to restaurant for years. But my recent experience was so disappointing. They have a new menu item, a crab and shrimp sandwich. One of my favorite things but when it came it was terrible. It was full of potatoes as a filler. No mention of that on the menu. I saw literally no shrimp and very little crab and lots of potatoes, on bread with a sauce that had very little flavor. Hudson's is better than this. Very disappointing.

The chefs attention to detail is noteworthy. The woodsy decor sitting fireside made for a wonderful evening.

Decent food. Good service. Reasonable prices. Always busy.UPDATE April 2022...Still very busy for dinner. Service was still a high point .. professional , prompt and friendly , even more exceptional considering how busy they were this evening--thank you LQ!!I ordered the crab cakes appetizer , the sea bass and the lamb chops.Presentation was nice. The crab cakes were ok, not great. Definitely too bready and not enough crab , especially considering that we live in the PNW.The sea bass was very good...mild and flavorful. The lamb chops were also just ok too--a bit chewy and not quite warm enough. Not bad just not great. The vibe and buzz at Hudson s is good and definitely a plus. All in all ...come for the vibes and the service . Again, I thought most of the food could have been kicked up a notch or two.

We tried to set an appointment, their phone stated the voice-mail was full. So, we arrived without service time. The staff promptly had us seated for 6. The male waiter fulfilled all of our needs. Regardless of water to extra this and that. We were there 2.5 hrs. We ate the 14oz steaks, a seafood pasta, and chickens. It was my son in laws Birthday. He arrived in his work clothing. It was a great evening. Thank you, Hudson's was super.Parking: Large Hotel lot.

Glorified Cafeteria | Recently ate dinner here w/family. Wouldn't recommend. Though the fried calamari + sweet potato gnocchi were serviceable, the duck needed a flavor infusion + the supposed NY steak was bland/no more tender than chuck. The real rub here is the fact that the dining area is a noisy cafeteria-like steup that blends right into the bar and spills over into the lobby's tacky overflow seating. At least there's a fireplace. Charging big prices for some brazen mediocrity.
