Excellent service and food. I had the Hugga platter, which was delicious and cooked exactly as I requested. Pay no attention to the 1 star reviews because those are from when the place was owned by someone else, and it was a different restaurant. I would've given 5 stars, but the blinking holiday lights were very annoying.
The customer service here was amazing. Our waitress was extremely sweet and personable. The owner was kind as well.As far as breakfast is concerned it was one of the worst breakfasts I have had in all honesty.I got the hashbrown balls. I had seen them online and they looked like crispy balls on a plate of gravy. What I got was 3 mushy hashbrown piles covered in gravy... not at all what I was expecting. The gravy wasn't very good either. I'd suggest changing the name...
I've been going here since 2006, back when it was Omy's. Now it's hug a mug. Excellent service and delicious food. I eat out once to two times a day. I'm picky about my food. It's always quality over price and quantity. Hug a mug has quality and quantity, the price is a buck or 2 more then some other places I frequent, but the service and food makes it worth it.
