This is our favorite Ichi location in Vancouver. We usually call in a to-go order, which is convenient, and the service is prompt. Very disappointed in this location. Chicken was very chewy, couldn't eat half of it. They raised prices. Not very talkative at all anymore. Not sure we will go back to this location.
I called in an order for takeout and when I arrived she said it was $20, I was shocked! (I ordered chicken teriyaki and an extra side salad) I mean it's literally chicken and rice and the salad is just a small portion of watery iceberg lettuce with a tiny sprinkle of shredded carrots. They don't even take the time to dry the lettuce. I understand inflation however if I'm going to pay $20 for a meal I'll go somewhere that I can get more quality and service...
