I don't know whats going on with this place. Ordered Generals Taos. It was awful. Soggy, not crispy and the just tasted nasty. Ate tge salad and trashed the rest. Should have just went up the road to golden dragon.

I spent $34 on two takeout meals. T1 - teriyaki chicken ($15.39), and C13 - Katsu and Chicken ($16.49). Both came with a salad but no veggies came with either of my combination, which was a bit disappointing because it usually comes with broccoli and steamed cabbage in a combination order.Overall, Ichi is an overpriced restaurant that serves you overcooked chicken thighs and rice. Before covid, Ichi's would be an ideal spot to grab lunch/dinner without breaking the bank. Now they expect a tip on to-go orders after charging an arm-and-leg for a plate of rice and chicken thighs.Great service from the gal working the counter but I can't justify spending over $30 here for two mediocre - small portioned - overcooked chicken, and rice dinner.Spend your money elsewhere that isn't a franchise. I absolutely love "Oh My Teriyaki" better pricing, portions and quality.

Went here on 4/10/24 and ordered two teriyaki dishes to go. The person taking orders was new and we struggled thru getting the orders I wanted. She was very friendly, professional and tried very hard to get things correct. It was a fun experience. I wished her well with her new job. The wait after ordering was very short. Got home and we ate our dinners. The food was delicious, as always here, and very plentiful. My wife and I will have a very good lunch tomorrow.

Wonderful customer service. There was a 5 min delay in getting our food out (we didn't even realize) and they gave us some gyoza to compensate. The server was wonderful, service was quick, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean and quiet. Perfect, thank you!
Such great service and good portioned food. Shrimp Fried rice looked like a platter! They have a few hot tea options which I haven’t seen at a teriyaki place before. Also, instead of just soft drinks, they have a good variety in a fridge from kid friendly juices to energy drinks.Plenty of parking in the area. Also, good dessert options nearby.

The waitress/cashier has a very bad attitude. Even though I tipped her generously, she has bad ignorance. I couldn't stand her way of handling customers.
