It bothered me that the only cashier/host had a friend standing at the counter the whole 25 minutes I waited for my food. The friend took up part of the counter, got food and ate it at the counter, laid her belongings at the counter and made no effort to move for the customers! At one point the scantly dressed friend went behind the counter and also in front of the counter and hung over it with her legs spread while myself and few others waited for food watched. The gal working behind the counter also poked her bellybutton in her belly showing shirt and tossed her things while waiting on people to order. One couple left. The two of them went to the soup out front to look together whether they could scrape enough for my order. I objected. It was quite gross and made me not want to return with that gal and her friend there. The salad rolls and soup were very good though! I don’t plan to ever return if that same gal is working.

Called in my normal order and was quoted 24 something….I was in last week and ordered the exact same thing…paid like 19 something including tip. Went on the website and looked…yep 16.99 there…..takes a lot for me to write a 1 star. Bravo! Ya earned this one and lost a loyal customer. Headed to Hula Boy for lunch.

I came in and placed my to go order, with one order ahead of me. While I waited I had their free egg flower soup, which was decent. In my waiting I observed the kitchen preparing my food. I'm not sure why they have a microwave....but I watched him use it four times while making our orders....food was so-so. It was hard to get over the loud music playing from the kitchen competing with the dinning area music, as well as the loud on-going chit-chat in the kitchen. When this restaurant first opened I would say top notch, now...well I see why they aren't busy....it's unfortunate.

All the othe ichis need to take notes from this store. As the years pass prices rise and it is what it is, but unfortunately the ichi closest to us has been rising prices like everyone else but there portions are getting smaller!
Not the case here, nice and hefty portions, plus unique appetizers and other menus items that the others don’t have. We will continue to drive further out to this location as long as they keep these proper portions and great tasting food up!

I arrived 35 minutes before closing. When it was my turn to order, before I said anything the cashier called back to the cook asking if they wanted to start closing up. They said "sure", I was then told they were done taking orders for the night. This was 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. No line behind me, I waited in line while others placed orders. All I was hoping to order was a bowl to go. This was around 6 months ago. Maybe things have changed since then, I don't know, I'll never go back.

Love the gyoza here.If you are going to order - do the folks who work there a favor and order from their Lineskip link or call in your order. I realize these other food apps (PoshMates and UberEats) are a great convenience but you pay more and the money doesn't go to the establishment.If you order from Poshmates the same order was ~$12 more ($56 vs $44.18) before tip.Then spend the extra savings on their tip. :)
